Dannii isn’t interested in a small tour I asked her at the book signing of her autobiography. So sadly we will just get the odd show here and there!! But I think a small tour would sell.

I do wish I went to the unleashed tour , I can’t believe there are no videos of this tour on YouTube. Or even of when she performed in Grease in Australia !!

Hopefully she does it some day, her fans would really enjoy it and be excited for it. I think dannii doing a support on kylies tour would be great and she could come on for a duet. Kylie generally roles out kids so dannii could be the duet partner.

‘Unleashed’ was such a good tour - I went to 3 dates and wish I’d done more, the venues were all small but that made the shows even better tbh. I’ve always looked for videos from the shows but I took photos when I went - I guess recording shows wasn’t the done thing in 1998 laugh.gif

I remember reading she won the case but they claimed bankruptcy and she got nothing. The whole thing really did kill all the momentum she had. I remember been very happy she was going for eurovision again but then when I heard the song I was like irmt wont happen as it wasnt great. I still love her debut album and her 2nd was good too. Dannii doing Eurovision for Australia, do you think she would ever give it a go?

I can't see Dannii going near Eurovision but I would like her to give it a go.

I dont think she would have anything to lose either but the stigma attached is what would prob put her off. If she did do it would she better off representing the UK or Australia?

I don’t think Dannii would touch Eurovision tbh - she would have to commit to a music career again if she did which seems like something she just likes dipping in and out of tbh which I’m happy with.

I think the biggest issue for Dannii's music career is also how she herself treats it - or rather how she is like a person. I don't mean that as an insult, but it does feel to me like she's the type of person who'll just accidentally stumble upon success rather than go after it herself. Even with her tv show success it seems like it was something that just happened rather than her pursuing it. Kylie does come off as a bit of a workhorse in comparison to Dannii's more laissez-faire attitude.

Kylie def seems more work orientated and she chases what she wants and is very business smart. Dannii has very sporadic success and doesn't seem good at keeping things going.

Totally this and as you say it’s not a bad thing if it works for her, I think since becoming a Mum and basing herself full time in Australia her priorities have changed and she’s happy to dip in and out of TV and music along with her clothing range for Target whilst also being able to be a Mum.

Dannii for such a long time has had to live in Kylie's shadow which had to be hard.
Musically,Kylie had a dream start to her career and was one of the first to achieve the soap to music crossover and was an instant success story.
Dannii's path was mared with Kylie comparisons and failed to come anywhere near the success that Kylie achieved which gave way to the press publishing stories they hated each other which didn't help Dannii.
Her marriage to Julian knocked her confidence and her signing to bad record labels always left her battling an uphill race.
