It won't be Band Aid, the CD's have already been mastered and Xmas songs don't appear on the main Now albums.
On reflection, it's a decent tracklist (yet another edition with an almost complete disc of dance, it's still so dominant!) but the sequencing on Disc 1 is very odd. Olly track 2...the song doesn't seem like it will be as big as some of the songs directly beneath it, Hozier pretty high up for a non top 20 hit (surprised it's included at all!) and Crazy Stupid Love so far down? That said, I do quite like the MOR and boyband sections on CD 1, Shake It Off would sound a bit odd coming after two ballads and before that brace of MOR, it's probably another ballad? Safe to say it won't be Thinking Out Loud, Ed's not going to have two songs in a row! So pleased for The Veronicas though, if only because it will bring the song into the homes of circa 1 million people |

TBC would be the Wake Me Up cover perhaps as that hasn't premiered yet as far as I know? (May be wrong here)

It could well be, I presume it's being done in a ballad-esque style? Strange not to have it as the last track on Disc 1 which is where songs like that usually reside, but I guess that slot was reserved for Jess and Lisa, and I'm certainly not complaining!

Hmm...would probably fit in as track 8 then so why not. They should have done We Write The Story, an Avicii song that's already a choral production.

Every Now since Now 79 has seen me know less and less of them For me the best since then have been Now 82 and Now 86, I only know a handful here but hopefully listening to it will reveal some big hits I've missed over the last few months.
'Rude' is the best out of those, fantastic track, although out the remaining ones I know, Ugly Heart, Faded, and (erm) All About That Bass have their moments, embarrassingly so in Meghan's case - the lyrics mega irritate me but damn that's a good tune. |

Also, was "This Is How We Do" by Katy Perry an actual hit? Or is this some random inclusion? It was her fifth top 40 hit from Prism, reached the top 40 in most countries including the UK though it was her lowest-peaking single. As a big fan of the song I'd call it a hit but some would say otherwise I reckon. Definitely not a random inclusion, I'm very glad to see it on the tracklist! |

It was a bit random considering Birthday didn't make Now 88 though.

I think they've scrapped the barrel here personally putting on some tracks that only spent a few weeks in the top 40 and have been forgotten about since (e.g. Kisses For Breakfast).
I wonder what the TBC track could be? Take That's new song perhaps? I don't think Gareth Malones Wake Me Up would sit right at track 8. |

I'm really pleased with the tracklist. There are a few songs included which I wasn't expecting including the Vernonicas new song which I adore. The TBC track might be God only knows cover but hope its something else personally.

When is Children I Need? Could be a long shot but perhaps TBC is a new S Club 7 track we don't know about yet.

I feel like a new S Club 7 track would peak at about #95 bless them, so I doubt it would be that.

It has to be something we don't know about though. Very difficult to guess-what is likely to be announced? X Factor finalists? But even they haven't done one for nearly 3 years.

This track list made me ponder how slow the release period was and how hard it was to get a recognizable hit in the UK. I'm shocked that "Resonance" didn't make the list, though...
