Update:
Well Jessica Harp from The Wreckers seems a bit annoyed how Gavin Mikhail is the front Runner to represent the country in the next BJSC. She has blasted the contest as a "farce, and I dont know why we decided to enter the nationals to be honest". But her band mate Michelle Branch feels differently, "I love it, it makes it more exciting and if we win then we could turn around and say we beat the odds on favourite, to represent a brilliant country. I'm excited and would love for the chance. If we win then, Brilliant we will do our best to support the country, if we lose then I'm happy that we were even considered for taking part" Source: Lightning News © |

BREAKING NEWS
The Wreckers, Jessica Harp & Michelle Branch have had a falling out over the current report that Jessica and Michelle both told in 'Lightning News'. The spokeswoman for the duo said "They have been disagreeing about this since they first saw it in the paper. Michelle is really not happy with what Jessica had said, Jennifer just stormed out and sensationally yelled 'I Quit'. Whether the band are still gonna go ahead with this, I doubt it. I think its fair to say that its best to pull them out of the competition for this time. But im sure they would like to enter next time." Well... The leader of Ojnoj has said that they will probably not be considered to enter next time, but he does like Michelles attitude towards the contest he has said "I would like to approach Michelle and would love to ask her to take part in the nationals with a solo effort" taftmeister.com caught up with Michelle to see what her answer would be "I would be delighted to enter it on my own this time, I would love to enter a song of mine into the national finals, and I would like to choose my hit 'All You Wanted' as the song. Thankyou to everyone who has supported me thus far and i will give Gavin a run for his money just wait and see" she laughed. There you have it, We have just given you an exclusive, Replacing The Wreckers 'Stand Still, Look Pretty' will be Michelle Branch with the incredible 'All You Wanted'. So now in the running in the nationals are: Gavin Mikhail with 'Brave' amd 'Fight The Sky', Van Tramp 'Help Me Make It' & as reported earlier by us Michelle Branch 'All You Wanted' they will all be going head-to-head in the next few days to be determined as to which song will be chosen to represent Country Ojnoj in our very first BJSC. Stay tuned to www.taftmeister.com for more updates! |

I want an act that can make people go 'WOW whos this?' you'll love it i wouldn't go with Fascination but I was considering Boyfriend or What Is Happening until I changed my mind to Maria...good for you going for an unknown act, I usually vote for unknown acts if the songs are good enough...I hardly ever vote for songs I already know prior to the contest |

Update:
In a shocking turn of events, Michelle Branch has decided to go solo after band mate Jessica Harp called the contest a "Sham" and "A Waste of time, seeing as we are not favourites". But it seems that Michelle going solo has already paid off as she is now currently the favourite! This has been notified straight after it was announced that Gavin Mikhail's song 'Brave' has failed to make it to the BJSC7 in Quotosibb but Gavin has said "I am just happy that it got considered for the Nationals. To go out first is a shame but i still have one current song in the running and its been favourite until 'The Wreckers' decided to split and Michelle decided to go solo." Van Tramp, has also said that he is delighted to have made it through to the next stage, "Thats fantastic! Im over the moon, I never expected to even get considered but to come at least 3rd in the nationals is an achievement in itself" Source: The Moon Newspaper © This post has been edited by Johnjo07: 28th May 2008, 02:08 AM |

Update:
As you heard earlier on, Van Tramp has just been eliminated from the finals by the judges after reports have been said that he was miming. Ojnoj's BJSC7 officials are not very happy and have forced Van Tramp to relinquish from the competition saying "We feel really betrayed, Van Tramp was a favourite to represent Ojnoj and we feel he has let them down and so it is no longer fair he stays in the nationals" When we approached Van Tramp on this Scam this is what he had to say "I had a really bad throat and one mimed performance was all i had done, I think the result to throw me out of the nationals was a big mistake that BJSC officials have made to be honest. Its really unfair, and I must apologise to the people who did actually believe in me and supported me throughout this, even though i feel i did nothing wrong" Ojnoj officials have stated "We will try and find a replacement but we think it may be a bit hard to find someone in such a short amount of time. We will keep all the fans up to date with the latest news as soon as we have made a decision" Source: www.taftmeister.com/bjsc7_scandal © |

Update:
- Rumour has it that a Legendary Pop Princess has said to have an interest in representing Ojnoj in their first ever BJSC in Quotosibb later next month. The leader of Ojnoj has stated "She has had a particular interest since Van Tramp were eliminated after being found out for miming. She has contacted me and asked if we could meet and talk about the conditions and everything else that is needed to be spoken about. I will be delighted to let you guys be the very first to know." Who is the 'Pop Princess'? and who is wanting to represent Ojnoj? Well Leader Luchovitz will let us know as soon as he can and we will then let you know straight away. - It seems that the arrival of the BJSC to the country of Ojnoj has had a huge impact on the Ojnajians because The Moon Newspaper © has had their biggest readership ever, after a record breaking 2.3 million issues were sold on the day that the Wreckers announced their dramatic split. and ever since The Moon Newspaper has sold 1.7 Million copies ever since. Update:
- Leader of Ojnoj Mr Luchovitz, has released statements from his meeting with Ms. Britney Spears. "I am pleased to announce to fellow Ojnojians, that the rumoured 'Pop Princess' is Britney Spears. She has agreed to enter the nationals but not for this time. She thinks the other 2 deserve and have earnt their way to the nationals and feels that it is only fair she starts off from scratch" Although a song hasnt been confirmed as of yet it has been rumoured that 'Before The goodbye' from Ms. Spears 3rd album 'Britney' is set to be the song although Luchovitz, denied the reports. "This isnt true, because we didnt even discuss what song should be represented as we're too busy thinking about this years BJSC, but I have listened to the song and i did however say that it could be a contender" - The Moon Newspaper © has broken its own record... AGAIN! With their coverage of the 'Unknown Pop Princess' story. They have sold on average, a record 2.7 million copies, and their popularity is also growing consistant as they are now reaching nearly 2 million readers a DAY! BREAKING NEWS
Country Ojnoj have not reacted as well as hoped towards Gavin Mikhail being crowned as the winner of the Nationals. One fan said "Its a good song but Michelle Branch's song was far better." and another fan screamed "IT'S DIABOLICAL! Pathetic that the best song came 2nd! What were the judges thinking??" Mr Luchovitz (Leader of Ojnoj) has said that he has taken into account the feelings of the fans and is going to see "What he can do". I will have to pull Gavin Mikhail out of the competition because we cannot afford to lose the interest of the fans, as we need their support and we need them to back their country and to carry on being proud of the country that they believe in. We here at taftmeister.co.uk also feel strongly at what the fans think about all of this... so we have decided to do a poll.. Would YOU prefer Michelle Branch - All You Wanted to Gavin Mikhail's - Fight The Sky?? ( )YES ( )NO This poll will be closed in one hours time. Source: www.taftmeister.co.uk/BJSC7_news |
