That is an interesting question, another poisoned chalice in these times. Kenneth Clarke (Father of the House) will have to oversee this..

I have too say I find the whole shannagains in the House of Commons hilarious , all the pomp & circumstance , makes great live television

I could not believe it the other night when an MP was making a speech & people were talking all around him , I could not believe it ohmy.gif

I wonder does Harry Potter ( aka Jacob Rees Mogg ) , I never knew he was a Roman catholic , I thought given his name that he might have been Quaker ( not that it matters ) , his sister
Annunziata has a lovely name

It's a crazy system, it is not just the general public who need Hansard's to see what has been said in Parliament. They are like a bunch of unruly children who disrupted classes at school or so I have always thought...

Went to see the Downton Abbey film tonight.

I'm a big fan of the series and the film was just gorgeous. wub.gif

All the original cast members are in it and it's still written by Julian Fellowes.

It was so lovely to see it again.

Some of the scenes were very touching - made me cry. cry.gif

I still cannot find anything on the music credits on Military Wives, the film is not out until next March so maybe we will see something nearer the time

I loved the series Tess. It was must see Sunday night watching for me. All the Christmas specials too. wub.gif

The film captured the spirit of the TV series exactly. It just carried on where it left off.

Hope it does really well at the box office and around the world. happy.gif

I thought it was out imminently? That's probably why then.

Talking of iconic TV - how can Friends be 25 years old?

Loved this too as did my girls when they grew up. I think it's still funny today.

I cannot look at a Christmas turkey without imagining it on Joey's head. laugh.gif

My favourites were Ross and Rachel. heart.gif
