With a very comfortable lead, the next song to fall out is Swim. Recorded the day Madonna's friend and fashion designer Gianni Versace was killed in Miami, the song is intensely emotional. It continues to spiritual, natural feel of the album, using the metaphor of the water as an escapism for her troubles and tribulations that she carries on her back. The beautiful, glistening instrumentation and production is met with her poised vocals and some quite choice lyrics. It's obviously a very personal and powerful song, and it's done well to make it to the top 8 in such an adored album!

Nothing Really Matters
Nothing Really Matters.
Love them all at this point.
Drowned World/Substitute for Love for me, but what a final 7
I'm torn between Nothing Really Matters and Frozen.
Swim
Skin
ROL
Awww I love 'Swim'! Other than that the results are going swimmingly.
'Skin' is the only one left I don't care for.
After a long think, I've gone with my gut instinct of 'Drowned World'. A perfect introduction to the album, capturing the mood and subject of the album, but the others just have better peaks for me. 'Skin' looked likely to be my next choice (can't believe I'm saying that, we're probably already at the 10/10 moments for me now) so I won't be too saddened if that goes out instead.
