A few weeks ago me and my girlfriend were in Leeds and popped into a bar for a drink. These two guys were playing acoustic guitars and were taking requests off the punters. There was a real mix of age groups, yet they could pull any song from the bag regardless of what era. We're into our Indie stuff so I requested Ten Storey Love Song by The Stone Roses, Rocking Chair by Oasis and my girlfriend asked for On Standbye by Shed 7. They also did a belting mashup of FEAR by Ian Brown and Wonderwall. We were only going to stay for one drink, but three hours later they were still playing and we were still drinking! Turns out they also do weddings so I took their number just incase!

It made me then think of what wedding song me and my girlfriend would choose. We were thinking perhaps of something like Elbows One Day Like This and The Beatles All You Need Is Love.
