SHE has forgiven HIM???

I am not 100% sure if it was Sophie Ellis-Bextor in the book Feel but I think it was her. As far as I remember - please correct me if I'm wrong - she talked bad about Robbie although she didn't know him at all. He was wondering why she was hurting him without knowing him personally. They were then both on the same event and he went over to her and tried to clarify this. She was embarrassed at first but then the conversation went well and they had a good talk. Robbie was happy to have sorted this out. But only a short time later he was hearing her doing it again. He mused then why she was doing it now when she knew him personally and they had no arguments at all. It didn't make any sense. But then he reasoned that she simply must have a bad character.

That's what I know about Robbie and Sophie Ellis-Bextor. Is there anything else that I missed?

Ah, thank you, Laura. So they have made peace a few years ago already. That's good. And indeed it was her to apology first. But if she saw it the same way and did apology first she has my respect and it is good for both of them.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Robbie Williams debut joint record

Acclaimed artists Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Lufthaus have teamed up for collaborative release: ‘Immortal’.

‘Immortal’ features as the leading track on debut album from electronic group Lufthaus - the dance project of Robbie Williams and long-time friends and collaborators Tim Metcalfe and Flynn Francis. What started as a project nurtured during the pandemic, owing to the trio’s love for Berlin’s electronica sound inspired by clubbing days away from the limelight, is now — years on from its inception — a fully fledged player in the genre’s landscape signalled by the release of the album: ‘Visions Volume 1’.

Leaning into the album’s moodier, trance-leaning end of the sonic spectrum, this club-centric, piano-enriched production explores the darker side of the progressive genre, striking a perfect balance between dance floor prowess and vocal appeal with Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s iconic voice.

“Sophie shares the same love for dance music that me, Tim and Flynn originally bonded over, so introducing her to the project was a no brainer,” said Robbie Williams. “I’m so happy that anything from the past has been left there, and we can focus on what’s important: making music!”

“I’m so excited to be a part of this project,” Sophie Ellis-Bextor added. “When Robbie sent me some of the album a while back, I loved what I heard so when the chance came to collaborate, I was really honoured to be involved. Our song celebrates the importance of club culture and how important it is for people to get together and dance.”

‘Immortal’ is available now via Armada Music.

Split this into its own thread to help with presence - I suspect there's some on this forum who would be interested but didn't realise this released!
