'La Isla Bonita' is a touring favourite, appearing on 6 of Madonna's 10 world tours, as well as featuring on her set for 2007's Live Earth.

They're all strong performances tbh. I know I've said before that the carnival-esque renditions looses the poignancy of the original song, but there's no denying that there's such strong stage presence and atmosphere and I love how she puts the attention on the musicians. She definitely understands the essence of Latin culture and celebrates it.
I think the Girlie Show performance is my favourite. It sticks with the original production for the most part and her vocals have lots of fire behind them, then things get a bit more livelier towards the end which makes a great finale but doesn't overshadow the earlier segment of the performance. |

As ever with that tour, she has such ferociously cheery energy and there's great passion behind the vocals, albeit not as strong as The Girlie Show. I love the flamenco dress she wears too. |
