I'm very surprised actually. Much better than the piece of pisswank that was 'Downtown'. It is a beautiful song and will flop sadly sad.gif It's very different to her previous solo stuff though - she has that whole 60s vibe going on but this is very gentle and touching.

Gotta love the Bunton. cool.gif

Posted by: Aly Jan 13 2007, 04:30 PM

It's a bit boring. sad.gif Nice video though.

Posted by: Jake Jan 13 2007, 04:33 PM

Dull. The video was filmed very close to where I live too biggrin.gif

The beginning bit where she is walking down the road was filmed in the same place as Lady sovereign's current video ohmy.gifbiggrin.gif

I dunno about All I Need To Know, I think they should have released He Loves Me Not (similar to Maybe)

It's all a bit '2 become 1' is it not?
When she wraps her self up in her coat with the cars rushing past.
I love it, I hope it'll be a massive hit for her.

Posted by: Simon Jan 13 2007, 10:49 PM

Bores me sad.gif i love her but this has to be her worst yet, hopefully it will grow

Posted by: JON Jan 13 2007, 11:07 PM

I really love Emma and her personality and music and she looks fantastic in this video just like she always does however, whilst this is a beautiful ballad, she has made a big mistake in releasing this. I know for a fact that it was Emma more than anybody who wanted this song to be released.

1. It is just the second single off the album and if she was really that desperate to release this then it should have been the fourth or fifth single released.

2. Her third album 'Life In Mono' charted really poorly and was released at the wrong time anyway. I really doubt this single will help significantly raise album sales and get the album top 40.

3. To be honest, whilst this is a really nice ballad, it is fairly boring and will struggle to make the top 20 nevermind top 10.

Boring, it will be flop SO badly sad.gif Damn sad.gif

I thought that too. I wonder if it was a deliberate move on her part, of just something subconscious. It was probably freezing when she was filming!

It's a very pretty song and her voice sounds beautiful, but I'm worried that it isn't stand-out enough to make an impact. With good airplay it could do well, or at least shift some albums, but I don't know if she'll get it.

Posted by: Andrewy Jan 14 2007, 10:33 AM

I agree with everything said ... her album is brilliant, so easy to listen to, and while this song is good, it isn't worth of the single she needs now to boost those album sales. Also, yes, we should be discussing Take Me To Anothe Town or He Loves Me Not as 2nd single.

Posted by: McManus Fan Jan 14 2007, 11:43 AM

i love this track off her wicked album! she deserves a top20 at least!!
a lovely ballad, so moving and beautiful! the video is stunning!
come on guys lets give emma a deserved top20!

read some reviews and she sgot good ones!

What a shame that I keep focusing on the overloaded skip in the background sad.gif .

Feel the song is a bit dull too.

Posted by: Lukuzz Jan 14 2007, 12:41 PM

thats the 1st time ive heard the song, sounds very nice, her voice sounds great, i like it, the video is stunning too, i doubt it will do well though, considering its a ballad and her album flopped, bless the bunton.

Posted by: jack89 Jan 14 2007, 01:57 PM

Its a beautiful song but it will flop more than any other single she has ever released... i hope it doesn't though... i think this is the end of her career sad.gif maybe the song will grow on people and it will do great.. she really should have released a fast catchy song to save the album and then this.

Posted by: jack89 Jan 14 2007, 02:00 PM

and yes the coat wrap in the video is very 2 become 1... the vid is kinda cheap tbh

Posted by: JON Jan 14 2007, 10:08 PM

Also this won't do well, I don't think it will be her last single. Her label have been and are continuing to be very supportive of her and a third single is scheduled to be 'Take Me To Another Town'.

Posted by: Feel_the_Fever Jan 14 2007, 11:19 PM

it might surprise us all and go top 10

Posted by: chrysalis Jan 15 2007, 03:03 AM

I like Emma, and I think this song is a beautiful one. However, whilst I would love to see her chart high with it, I don't honestly see it happening. On the other hand stranger things have happened.......

Posted by: Feel_the_Fever Jan 15 2007, 03:36 AM

i wonder is the album even still top 200

Posted by: Matthew Jan 15 2007, 12:58 PM

I hope this does okay. sad.gif

Posted by: slowdown73 Jan 15 2007, 04:57 PM

This is a nice song, but I have a feeling it may not do that great due to its lack of commercial feel.

Posted by: slimjim Feb 5 2007, 11:34 PM

really gotten into this lately ohmy.gif Love it wub.gif

Posted by: Parental Advisory Feb 6 2007, 06:41 PM

Its got flop over it since I first heard it

Posted by: JON Feb 6 2007, 09:21 PM

I've grown to adore this song and I've got a feeling that it might actually do ok. Whilst I still sadly can't see it getting top 10, I feel it may still get top 15 hopefully.

Posted by: Feel_the_Fever Feb 6 2007, 11:48 PM

asdly i think top 20 at most

Posted by: Jake Feb 7 2007, 12:32 AM

Top 15, top 20? :/

This song will struggle to go Top 40 blink.gif

Posted by: Keisha's Boi Feb 7 2007, 12:34 AM

This is probably the first Emma Bunton song i've actually LOVED. Shame it looks set to flop sad.gif

Posted by: Feel_the_Fever Feb 7 2007, 03:19 AM

well it might surprise us all and go top 10,it would be good if it was a hit as the albums needs more sales big time

Posted by: Mark Feb 7 2007, 05:42 PM

Emma is on Richard & Judy on CH4 right now.

Posted by: slowdown73 Feb 8 2007, 09:00 AM

Its a nice pleasant song, but why on earth didnt they include the bimbo jones remixes on the single? It might have helped it sell.

Posted by: ak_luva Feb 12 2007, 01:38 AM

the fantastic new single is out today!! ITs the perfect gift for ur partner on valentines day and if your single its a gr8 gift to buy your self smile.gif. Help get this amazing song into the top ten were it deserves!

Posted by: Feel_the_Fever Feb 12 2007, 01:39 AM

Posted by: ak_luva Feb 12 2007, 01:45 AM

Posted by: Anna Feb 12 2007, 10:56 AM

Posted by: slowdown73 Feb 12 2007, 12:36 PM

I dont think it will make the top10...maybe struggle for a top40 new entry more like!

Posted by: Lewis! Feb 12 2007, 12:49 PM

yes i think it will struggle

Posted by: Lukuzz Feb 12 2007, 04:51 PM

i think it will be lucky if it goes top 40, definatley not going to be any higher than top 30.
good song though think it deserves top 15 at least.
dont think its good enough for me to be buying it though

Posted by: slimjim Feb 12 2007, 04:54 PM

i can see it getting top 60 tbh sad.gif

Posted by: jack89 Feb 12 2007, 04:56 PM

i hope it does wel sad.gif it won't make top 20 tho sad.gif

Posted by: jack89 Feb 12 2007, 05:05 PM

Posted by: Parental Advisory Feb 12 2007, 05:05 PM

Its boring
course its gonna do sh!t
why didnt she release Loves me Not?

Posted by: ak_luva Feb 12 2007, 11:50 PM

its a shame if it doesnt cos i think she sings it beautifully smile.gif

Posted by: Kelly Feb 13 2007, 01:39 AM

Like Simon Webbe, I see a bomb coming...

Posted by: coolnav Feb 13 2007, 10:26 AM

The fact is, Beverley Knight's past 4 singles have all been far better than Emma's latest effort and they too can struggle for a top 40/20 placing. And i truly believe that this single does not deserve to rank highly in the chart - its effortless and boring.

Posted by: 1Dave2006 Feb 13 2007, 12:26 PM

Everyone.........................

GO OUT AND BUY IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you pleaase!!!! laugh.gif tongue.gif

Posted by: Kelly Feb 13 2007, 04:15 PM

No sign of it in the midweeks. sad.gif

Posted by: martyn Feb 13 2007, 04:15 PM

does that mean it is not top 20 or not top 75?

Posted by: rhythm bandit Feb 13 2007, 05:06 PM

56.

Posted by: Kelly Feb 13 2007, 05:09 PM

I think she's gonna get dropped, I don't often say that, but I think it's inevitable. sad.gif

Posted by: wingnut..johnny boi Feb 13 2007, 05:12 PM

56 us actually better than i expected...its not commercial enough and hasnt had much promotion. but tbh i don't think she really cares she said shes just soo happy to be pregnant and can't wait to have the baby, i dont think the music is her main priority atm.

Posted by: hasso Feb 13 2007, 05:22 PM

What a pity, poor Emma. sad.gif

Posted by: McManus Fan Feb 20 2007, 07:20 PM

cannot believe her shockingly low entry into the chart! #60 is appauling, its notlike its a rubbish song or lacked promotion! shame on the people out there for not buying it! specially for Valentines! unsure.gif
