Theme: George Michael

Guests: Harry Styles (Saturday), Paloma Faith (Sunday)

Double elimination this week ohmy.gif I think with an iffy theme (nothing wrong with George obviously, just he's not someone who's music I'd say is compatible with many of these acts) we could be in for a shock or two with that in mind.

Odd choice of theme this week following the "relevant" Latin week... I'm sure there'll be a couple of Wham! songs included (hi Jack & Joel) too.

I think if they split the categories up this week, it would be a lot more interesting: two girls, two groups and one boy and over each night would be a lot more varied.

Hope the Cutkelvins finally go this week biggrin.gif Cannot believe they got through with that absolute murder of REGGAETON LENTO rolleyes.gif

Yeah it really is a stupid theme, obviously nothing wron with a bit of George as I said but it's gonna feel dated for sure and doesn't really suit anyone. It's no better than when they do like disco really, obviouly he had singles in the 21st century but I'd imagine most of the choices will be 80s and 90s. It's just squandering heir whole "Rak-Su and Grace are real artists writing real music" thing

If I'm REALLY cynical it feels like another ploy to push Rak-Su, Grace having two "oh my god she can't do covers" moments in as many weeks will just push her further down but then I can't see how Rak-Su will be able to pretend to sing anything other han their own songs laugh.gif Maybe they'll do like a ""cool"" 2017 produced version of Flawless or something idk. I can definitely see Grace doing the Adele versons of Fastlove or I Can't Make You Love Me.

Their blatant manipulation, dressing Grace up likr a Sesame street thing like someone said, and giving her an awful song choice, is just ridiculous this year. Fix Factor. Get rid of Cowell and gove the show to another channel if they want to save it.

This could be a really good week for Lloyd if they allow him. Don't Let The Sun Go Down was practically a winning moment for Joe McElderry, if he gets something like that, I dare say it could give him a week at the top before they pull the brakes sharply the week after.

Groups vs overs are on Saturday, Boys vs Girls on Sunday.

Another win for Rak-Su then :') If the doble elimination means one of both categories go, I can see them bussing Kevin as well given he threatened Rak-Su on Sunday by beating them in the prize fight.

With Grace doing another cover, a competent ballad could easily get him the win on his night, t's not like Sam will and I can see Rai-Elle going and Holly I can imagine is only doing about as well as Ella Henderson in the vote.

Holly is flat and pretty bad and devoid of charisma

Rae Elle is the worst ever contestant. I assume the two at the bottom every week are the two with the lowest vote?? Leon went the week after being there too.

No it's no particular order, sometimes the last one will be like 3rd in the vote laugh.gif They just tend to not have the top few left at the end because say if it was Rak-Su and idk Leon left, it'd be obvious Rak-Su weren't the ones going laugh.gif

Rak-Su - Well, I prefer the original George Michael song by a mile.

Rak-Su - 4.0

Don’t get the point of covering him and then adding original stuff in when there’s a theme to follow...
