Tomorrow marks 17 years since the release of the group's debut album, One Touch, and what a stunner it still is. One Touch was certified Gold in the UK (January 2001) and placed within the Top 10 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Can you all remember when you first truly appreciated this wonder of an album? I must admit, it's only in more recent times that I've realised just how magical it is. The singles are unreal. wub.gif

I cannot believe it’s 17 years old ohmy.gif

I didn’t know it existed until 2005 when people were talking about Taller being their 4th album. I always thought Angels was the debut and that Three was an odd name for a second album. It took me a while to get into and appreciate it too

This made me chuckle! laugh.gif

I definitely agree. Freak/Round Round were very instant for me, so it took a while to warm to the 'edge' of the first era. Glad I did in the end!

Freak, somehow, passed me by entirely! It was Round Round that hooked me in and I've never looked back.

I know what you mean! I adore Freak - and what a comeback it was - but Round Round was absolutely EVERYWHERE in 2002. I think it mesmerised everybody.
