Just 5 days to go!

The big news is that both Froome and Thomas have both been AXED from Ineos' starting line-up in favour of Bernal/Amador/Carapaz. Leaving us with just 4 British riders in the whole thing, the least since 2014. (Adam Yates, Luke Rowe, Hugh Carthy & Connor Swift for those interested)

Topping the odds at the moment is Slovenian Primoz Roglic, ahead of Bernal who suffered a crash last week.

Thoughts? Predictions? Discuss all in here!

Live coverage on ITV4 as always. Would be good if the final stage was live on ITV.

Starts in 5 minutes! (although of course I'll catch up with the highlights tonight, particularly as it looks like it'll end with a boring bunch sprint)

Very standard first stage except for all the slips, the sprint was good to watch though and good to see Kristoff get the jersey. The next stage is an actual mountain stage though ohmy.gif

Interesting to see Chris Boardman back after his teary goodbye a couple of years ago...

Very good second stage as well, probably the highest we'll see a British rider on GC all race tongue.gif

Wasn't expecting a mountaintop bunch sprint today! Very happy with the Slovenian Top 2 on the day, and there also seems to be quite the Colombian invasion of the GC Top 10 as well tongue.gif

Yates still at #2 for now. Can he grab that #1 anytime soon...

Alaphilippe has been docked 20 seconds for feeding outside the feed zone, putting Yates in yellow ohmy.gif Obviously really disappointing for one of the most exciting reiders in the Tour but it's probably the only time we'll see a Brit in the jersey this year!

I have a soft spot for Pogacar so really sad to see him lose so much time in the corsswinds sad.gif Hopefully he can make it up in the mountains later on.

^And indeed he has! (well half of it anyway)

David Millar's commentary really is... something laugh.gif 'we should rename the country fast-venia' 'more Wow Van Aert than Wout Van Aert' all in a monotone to sad music as if he's recounting a tragedy...

All the riders have tested negative for coronavirus, but the guy who runs it hasn't ohmy.gif 4 staff members as well.

Well today really shook up the rankings! I don't think I've ever seen a leaderboard where the Top 6 is made up entirely out of two nationalities, and all the riders of the same country are next to each other. Continuing to gun for Roglic and Pogacar because a) I like them both and b) it would be nice to see a new nationality in the list of winners.

Yesterday's stage was really interesting to watch! Feel bad for Bernal losing that much time as reigning champion but it does mean that one of the two riders I really like will take yellow. What would be great to watch would be Roglic and Pogacar separated by a handful of seconds after the Time Trial.

If it's AFTER the Time Trial it will be too late to matter. All that's left after that is the ceremonial stage to Paris.

Too late to matter, but perfectly on time for breaking the record books biggrin.gif Obviously I wasn't alive for the LeMond/Fignon final time trial but I'd love to see something similar in my own lifetime.

(for anyone who doesn't know what just happened, Pogacar overturned a 57-second defecit on Roglic to win the Tour by 59 seconds)
