Beyoncé is fast becoming a legend in the music business and I thought it'd be interesting to think about what her future classic songs are going to be. When you look at other music legends like Madonna or Michael Jackson then songs like Like a Prayer and Thriller come straight to your head as the songs that have stood the test of time. So what songs of Bey's do you think will be played in years to come and be remembered the most fondly? |

'Crazy in Love' already is a classic in my books. It's never not going to be a song people go mad for when it plays in a club, like that opening sample just makes everyone cheer and everyone, no matter who they are, starts dancing and singing along. It's her signature song and I can't see that ever changing.
'Single Ladies' gets a similar sort of reaction too, although not on the same scale but I definitely could see a case for that being a future classic. I don't think I ever hear 'Halo' out and about but I know it's a touring favourite and extremely well-loved by the fans, so perhaps that too can be considered a classic one day. |

I'd say Crazy In Love, not a personal fave of mine by her but it always gets such a reactin and you hear it so much still whether it's in a club or just out in general, on music channels and radio etc.

I definitely think her two biggest and most remembered songs will be Single Ladies and Crazy In Love and people will still love them in years to come. They always get a reaction when they come on and they're both very accessible pop songs which are likely to stand the test of time for me.
For more curveball choices, I really think Drunk In Love has the potential to be one of her most remembered hits but I think it's a bit too urban to really appeal to everyone and be her biggest classic. I also think Love On Top has a pretty good chance at being played for years to come, I hear it an awful lot for what was a pretty minor hit compared to some songs in her discography but it always goes down well and who can resist all those key changes *-* I also think Independent Women is a big classic in terms of the Destiny's Child stuff. |

'Say My Name', 'Jumpin' Jumpin'', 'Independent Women' and 'Bootylicious' are club staples where I live and gain a great reception every time they play. I'd actually say 'Say My Name' feels like the biggest classic out of those. Maybe that's just from personal experience, although it is their most viewed on YouTube and most streamed on Spotify, too.

Independent Women is an absolute classic and still gets regular plays on Heart and other regular radio stations. Such a good one to sing along to!

In terms of Destiny's Child, I would say Say My Name and Independent Woman feel like classics in their discography.

'Lose My Breath' surely is? I hear that loads on nights out, and people immediately recognise the "HIT ME!"

I think self titled and Lemonade will be classic, in the sense of albums, given the contexts - I don't think anyone will ever forget Jay-Z's infidelity nor the time she dropped the album without promo.
