There's quite a few new releases about now, but because of the nature of the chart most of them don't make a major chart impact at least in their first week.

Taking the most notable new releases of the week I have shortlisted the potentials for Buzzjack's TOTW. Simply vote for your favourites and the song with the most votes will be the official BJ:TOTW winner! cheer.gif In the event of a double release/album by an artist, I'll choose the one that's been pushed on Spotify's New Music Friday UK playlist/higher on iTunes etc. Remixes or new versions are not included.

The contenders:

Blossoms - Christmas Eve (Soul Purpose)
Giggs (feat. Dave) - Straight Murder
Jade Bird - Headstart
Kylie Minogue - Real Groove
Little Mix - Confetti
M-22 (feat, Lorne) - Think About Us
Mike Mago & TCTS (feat. Anabel Englund) - Eyes On Me
Oliver Heldens & Party Pupils (feat. MAX) - Set Me Free
Rak-Su (feat. Celina Sharma) - Girls Like You
RAYE - Love Of Your Life
System Of A Down - Protect The Land
ZHU (feat. 24kGoldn) - I Admit It

Kylie, leaving my bias aside I really think if a current artist like Dua Lipa released real groove it would do very well.

After falling even further behind with new music again last week (blame the election xx) I missed out on voting in the last round but a belated +1 to Dua Lipa/Angèle, I think that was my fave on the list so correct winner yay x (also belated +1 to Bring Me The Horizon/Nova Twins, CamelPhat/LOWES, Jake Bugg and Sam Smith, and a -1 to the heavily cringe Christmas songs from Carly and Liam).

Hopefully will be back to voting on time this week xo
