A female pop star (according to Pop Crave) will be announcing their return on Thursday - and 5 US chatshows (The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on CBS; Conan on TBS; The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Late Night With Seth Meyers on NBC; and ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live) are all promising a "special guest" surprise appearance for that day.

Rihanna, Adele and Beyoncé are all rumored (though I can't see it being Beyoncé as she hasn't really been quiet recently).
