It's now time for Group E! In this section we have Psycho adaptation Bates Motel, long running ITV drama Cold Feet that was recently revived, the BBC's flagship soap EastEnders, the iconic American legal drama series How To Get Away With Murder, Hulu's adaptation of the novel The Handmaid's Tale and the Doctor Who spin-off Torchwood.

Bates Motel + The Handmaid's Tale. Two brilliant adaptations and some of the best series' I've seen in recent years
 Torchwood was fantastic at it's best but pretty dire at it's worst and shoutout to Eastenders for the memories and continuing to fly the flag for my area.

Went for Torchwood and Cold Feet with Bates Motel very close behind!
Torchwood I have to go with but then I found the second pick really difficult. Bates Motel I've really enjoyed watching but it can be a bit...simplified? idk the right word for what I'm thinking. My parents watched the original series of Cold Feet and I love the way it's done and its tackled some really great issues. I could have gone with The Handmaid's Tale too but I don't think I got into it as much as everyone else! Then of course Eastenders is the best of the soaps and has delivered some great moments. I've seen the first season of How to Get Away With Murder too but it was a bit too trashy for my liking

I never finished watching Bates Motel and I haven't seen A Handmaid's Tale yet, so my two votes went to the only two I watch/ed!

EVERYBODY must make time in their lives to watch The Handmaid's Tale. It's such a harrowing series but it's also so gripping and Elisabeth Moss is just absolutely f***ing incredible in it

I vote for The Handmaids Tale ! And so should you all !! Do it ! Just do it ! It will make you feel so good !
And that is all I vote for. I loved Bates Motel, but the final series was so disappointing that I couldn't even finish it. They should've ended it on the previous series. I enjoyed Cold Feet first time 'round, but didn't even know it was back until it had been on tv for a few weeks ! Never seen Torchwood. I watched the first two episodes of How To Get Away With Murder. That was enough. I dip in and out of Eastenders. Mostly out these days. |
