"Please, Vote for the song" are the first words that come out of Bethany Joy's mouth whilst being interviewed today.
Bethany Joy, who is most famous for her role on hit teen drama 'One Tree Hill', said she was honoured that she was chosen by the country to represent them on their first ever attempt at the show.
However, Bethany told us of her worries that the country may not do well due to it being new to the contest.
"I just wanna say to everybody 'Please, just vote for the song you like and not the country', you know? I think the song I have is pretty good".
"Kara & Matthew did a great job on it and hey, the vocal's not too bad either" she laughs.
"I don't think I've ever seen the Eurovision song contest before, but I know this is very similar. Obviously, it's much better (she smiles).
I know that Maria Menounos presented that contest in 2006, she played a character called 'Jules' on One Tree Hill,
and I've heard that country's that neighbour each other give highest marks to them.
Which is why I'm so reserved about this contest" she continues.
"There are some fantastic entries in the BJSC XIII, So no doubt they're going to do well.
This is basically just a small plea for voters to vote for the songs you like and if you like Scherzland's song, don't be afraid to vote for it" Bethany ends with a laugh.
"Of course, if you don't like it, thank you for listening. I'll be going out and giving my all on the night, anyway".

H&CLAIRE REPRESENT SCHERZLAND IN BJSC SPINOFF
British pop act H&Claire have been chosen by Scherzland to represent them in the BJSC Spinoff: Number 10's.
The track reached number 10 on the UK charts in 2002 and the band had subsequently been dropped and split up.
They have now reunited to represent Scherzland and bring back their infectious pop.
Claire Richards recently returned to the limelight with her top selling fitness DVD.

ENTRY CHANGED!
Scherzland this evening announced their entry for BJSC14 had been changed due as the artist they had booked to represent them had been kidnapped!
However, a rep confirmed "We have a much better entry now, so it's definitely a blessing in disguise. We can't believe Kelly is representing us. She's amazing".
The track representing Scherzland is called "Already Gone" composed by Kelly Clarkson and Ryan Teddar.

lucky I didn't send Janet Leon's Let Go...the production and melody are very similar but the lyrics and general feel of the song are awful in comparison
it would have sounded like a tacky version of this

Scherzland are still celebrating their top 10 finish in the BuzzJack Song Contest, but have still found time to reveal their next entrant.
Pussycat Dolls and their lead singer Nicole Scherzinger will be singing 'Magic' to represent the country.
Can they work their 'Magic' and beat Kelly Clarkson's highest ever finish for the Scherzlandic republic?

SCHERZLAND TO RETURN TO BJSC!
After taking a long break from participating (largely down to the fact the country had used all it's budget on Kelly Clarkson, Pussycat Dolls & Miley Cyrus) the country is raring to go.
Their entry for the next contest is from a NOBODY.
That's right.. despite being named one of the cheapest and uninspired countries at the BJSC awards ceremony, the country are sending a song that very few will have heard!
Scherzland's track record has shown that the only time the country succeeds is when they send a track that's widely known, so they're taking a big risk with this song.
It's called "HOLD ON" and is pretty bloody special.
The artist is... well, we don't know. It's a demo from a team of songwriters called "Phrased Differently".
Thoughts?

Scherzland have returned to the BJSC for the first time in 19 contests!
Previously infamously known as one of the cheapest countries in the contest, they are here to change their perception!
This contest, so far, they are #15 in semi-final 2 and rather interestingly, Scherzland received their highest entry in BJSC 15!
The country placed 7th in BJSC 15 and haven't been in the final ever since, despite four failed attempts to make it.
Could the country's luck be on the upturn?
Vox Halo featuring LaDolla are representing the country in the first contest of 2012. The track 'Criminal' is a fabulous dance/pop track.
What are your thoughts? Do Scherzland have a chance of getting into the final or will it be another contest to add to their 'fail list'?

Its perhaps a bit of a cheap entry , like South Danaelanda's, as both songs are big on Radio 1 dance anthems and is already well known by most of BJSC's dance bloc countries. Nevertheless it is a good tune , so Buzzjack Mountain won't penalize it for being well known in Buzzjack! We think the vocal in 'Never Did This Before' is amazing but I we do wish the instrumental wasn't so minimal.

This is far from cheap. Dance Anthems is hardly a global superpower when it comes to radio programmes and I doubt most of this site even listen to it anyway.
