Looking very likely we'll add Amy to this for a 3rd time later today.
There's also 'These Words' that returned thanks to Badger! |

The Amy movie has been out for weeks, I wonder why it's only now back in the chart?

I'm loving the 00s revival in the charts at the moment, long may it continue. Which ones have we had so far in 2024?
Perfect Exceeder Mr Brightside Murder on the Dancefloor Unwritten These Words Back to Black Valerie I'd love for a song/artist that didn't do amazingly first time round and deserved more getting a chance to chart higher than before. I know its a bit more recent than 00s but I'd love for Solange's Losing You to suddenly go viral. |

I think it's because when they get auto resets some hang around and even move further up than down and it seems Amy's songs are still doing decently on streaming which seems to be what's pushing those two close to or in the Top 40 now. Plus the songs going to ACR probably helping too. |

Ah I hadn't spotted they'd been lingering outside the top 40 for a couple of weeks already.

Crazy Frog - Axel F, following the upcoming Beverly Hill Cops film at Netflix.
I think we would get another '00s hits returning to the charts after getting impacted by movies like Despicable Me 4, Deadpool & Wolverine, Transformers One, and Joker. |

I like all the songs that have re-entered so far and don’t want that to change so Crazy Frog can stay in the archives!

Seems this trend isn't limited to the UK, because the original L'amour Toujours by Gigi D'agostino has been charting again in the top 10 in Germany, although it seems the reason for that is quite controversial.
From Wikipedia: In May 2024, a retweeted video showing a group of people singing the aforementioned slogan over "L'amour Toujours" during a party at a club on Sylt, in which one man appeared to hint the Hitler salute, sparked widespread outrage; the regional police of Schleswig-Holstein opened an investigation about the case, while the clip's content was widely condemned by various political figures. D'Agostino reiterated that his song was intended to be apolitical, stating that it "talked about a beautiful, big and intense feeling [of love] that unites people". After the incident, the song broke into the top 50 on the German charts on Spotify, reaching number 8 on the charts, position 7 on Shazam and position 1 on iTunes as checked at 31 May 2024. As a result of the song's usage by right wing groups, the song was banned at the Munich Oktoberfest. The Austrian Football Association, which had used the song as a stadium anthem, decided to stop using because of an UEFA denied them to. In an interview with Kronen Zeitung, Gigi criticized bans of the song by radio stations and festivals, saying "You can't stop racism by banning music". |
