I would consider it right and proper to be concerned about the democratic institutions in any country. The more so the more powerful it is. Why would you NOT care?

Meanwhile, his advisers are getting convicted and evidence is mounting at an astonishing rate.
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-50...gn=bbc_breaking https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-50443445 very cool. Oh, and he tweeted an attack on the ambassador in real-time when she gave evidence against him. As we'd all expect the deranged fool to. |

Exaggerated in what sense? Things have really not started auspiciously for him if he was above board.
And it depends entirely on who his opponent is. If it's Biden then it's another lame centrist to the slaughter and I promise you, the left will be expecting it. |

I see it's the very right wing vidcapper asking us why we care, and not asking the simpleton why HE does and why he wanted to have a Trump2020 name for two years |

Imagine the leftist meltdown if he *was*... Yes and Michael won't be a happy bunny. The economy's buoyant so unless it suddenly changes that usually gets an incumbent re-elected. It's a major deciding factor. This post has been edited by common sense: 16th November 2019, 11:12 AM |

Unhealthy Trump had to make a hospital dash. The stress of impeachment isn't good - he's losing his hair rapidly too!

Nothing to worry about folks. Just part 1 of his routine annual check-up.
'Visited a great family of a young man under major surgery at the amazing Walter Reed Medical Center. Those are truly some of the best doctors anywhere in the world,' Trump posted to Twitter late Saturday night. 'Also began phase one of my yearly physical. Everything very good (great!). Will complete next year'. |

Billionaire former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has officially announced he is standing to be the Democratic Party presidential nominee.
In a statement, the 77-year-old said he was standing "to defeat Donald Trump and rebuild America". "The stakes could not be higher. We must win this election," Mr Bloomberg wrote. He joins 17 other candidates vying for the Democratic nomination to take on Mr Trump in 2020. As things stand, former Vice-President Joe Biden, Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders are the party's front-runners. |

Not really the issue with Bloomberg, his issue is that like Steyer, another billionaire in the race, he spent millions of his own money on campaign ads to enter the race at a late stage on the absolutely incredibly original platform of "Orange man bad*! Vote for me and my money!" Of course, the actual plan is to dog Sanders and maybe Warren as they pose an actual threat to billionaires.
Hope he gets his arse handed to him. *now of course, orange man indeed bad but becoming president implies defeating him, there kind of has to be a plan for life after him and any Democratic candidate bringing up the 'defeat Donald Trump' line is at this stage just patching over the fact that their campaign is shallow otherwise. |

He cuts into Biden's vote, not Bernie's. Warren is finished. Bernie is now tied with Biden in polls that favour the estanlishment like here, and on the day that was announced, guess who jumps in? Their new centrist. Whoops.
Meanwhile Trump's hospital visit is looking worse and worse. His health is as big a secret as his taxes and we know why that is. He's veeery unhealthy. |

Wow Bloomberg's said to be 10 times richer than Trump. That's amazing wealth if true. If money could buy votes....
He's saying he's the only person who can unseat Trump. This post has been edited by common sense: 27th November 2019, 08:23 PM |

Trump's sticking with Pence as his running mate for 2020. He said former US ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley "would be great," but that Mr Pence has done a "phenomenal job".
