There is a poll in the main chart forum for best all star charity single and Dannii is featured as part of The Childliners ‘Gift Of Christmas’ - was a fun pop song with a few lines for Dannii.

Just reading over Danniis discogrpahy, jump to the beat was her only top 10 here in Ireland reaching Number 5 and in Australia likewise she only had 1 top 10 hit with Love and kisses number 4. Really disappointed that even the big uk hits such as all i wanna do, who do you love now and i begin to wonder didnt get top 10 in both.

Interesting that she struggled in Ireland too.
The UK really was the only market to take to Dannii’s music career long term it seems. |

 I think we took to her music career with ease in the UK - I remember the teen press at the time was all over her and it was generally positive that another Minogue would be releasing music. |

I'm surprised they didn't try to push This Is It in mainland Europe to be honest - I remember a rip-off version of her version playing in a commercial for the longest time (the same situation with Bananarama's version of Venus).

^^ Crazy that they didn’t push This Is It with that kind of exposure - especially as it had already proven it could be a hit by going Top 20 in Australian and Ireland and Top 10 in the UK.
