I only listen to around 5/6 tracks of this album now and it's easily on par with Cheek to Cheek as her worst album (that doesn't mean it's a terrible album) it's just TFM and BTW are so so good, it was always going to be hard to follow them up but I'm excited for her next solo record!
Artpop Tracks Best to Worst (in Chronological Order) 01. Do What You Want (the best single tbh and I'm so glad it got released over Venus a.k.a the career killer. Never stops being amazing) 02. Mary Jane Holland (underrated af needs more attention reminds me of artpop in the way it's not so in your face yet equally atmospheric) 03. Dope (ripped apart by the fan base but it's one of the only artpop songs I enjoy so) 04. Applause (classic Gaga, always reminds me of Paparazzi for some reason) 05. Gypsy (would of been a better single choice than G.U.Y but I'm not going to lose sleep over it it's quite basic tbh apart from the heavenly ending) 06. Artpop (can only listen to occasionally but when I do, it's magical, it's so different to the rest of the songs) 07. G.U.Y (nice song but nothing new, although the first listens were glorious however a year and half on I can't say I feel as enthusiastic) 08. Fashion! (yeah cool) 09. Manicure (ITunes Version is far better and despite being intolerable after 5 plays, it's annoyingly catchy hence why it should have been a single) 10. Sex Dreams (I don't get the hype tbh, I feel the song would suit Rihanna amazingly though) 11. Aura (the demo was far better) 12. Venus (seriously unlistenable) 13. Donatella (...) 14. Swine (I'm glad Gaga found peace through this song but I honestly can't stand it although the SXSW performance will forever be a classic Gaga moment) 15. Jewels N Drugs (seriously why is it on the album) DREAM SINGLES RUN 1. Applause 2. Do What You Want -(Album Release)- 3. Gypsy 4. I think it would sound a lot better if Gaga's vocals were properly done, her vocals sound like they were recorded on a cheap computer microphone...but I still like it regardless.

Timehop tells me it's 3 years since this leaked
hugely divisive album but at its core once you take away the crap there is a lot to get from it. I just hate how she was during the era looking back, so physically and mentally angsty good to see her 3 years later come back strong and happy <3

Bit of a mess strategically but I still adore this album/era. Provided some of the greatest Gaga moments. Glad she managed to get rid of all the toxicity with this era so early in her career.

Been revisiting this lately and also watched the Artrave live from Paris.. This might be my 2nd fave album from her, love the messiness and electronic approach. Venus, GUY, Sexx Dreams, DWUW and MJH give me life and started to love Gypsy again.
