Uhsting's Top 50

This week sees 15 new entries and 1 re-entry, which is a record number in weeks! This is due to a huge influx of entries in the chart overall, even more frantic outside of top 50, as I have included songs from Northvision (including the countries' national finals) and BJSC. However, that means quite some songs will be eliminated, a lot of them are voters' favourites actually. Fortunately, this week will not prove that it is a hopeless set of songs!

Hi Sven! Glad you like the new entries! It has been a busy week on the chart, and there are SO many entries outside of top 50, and top 50 we see a record in weeks as well! I blame Northvision and BJSC for that K-pop going pretty strong lately as well!

Two entries that caught my attention for different reasons! Ina obviously as it's my entry in BJSC which is awesome to see! Totally biased but hope to see it climb in the following weeks! Secondly SUNCITY, I'm not sure if you know this, but she's an icelandic singer! I follow her on instagram and know her a little bit so it's awesome to see her chart here! I'm not a huge fan of the song but she's got such a charming personality and her voice is great too!

Awesome effort you put into the chart too, I love the video format. Wish I had the ability to make something like that!

Pleased to see Glass Animals debuting in your top 100! They first caught my attention with 'Youth' back in 2016 and I'm glad that they're still delivering the goods four years later. Hooray for 'Pale Horses' making the cut too, I loved that earlier in the year so was happy to see it popping up in BJSC!

I actually knew Ina Wroldsen quite some time ago and there was a big break for charting until I came back in March this year. Pale Horses seems to be released early this year so there is a chance I missed it. I think the song is pretty good so hopefully it should climb! Great to hear that you love SUNCITY! Not really sure whether I love her song, but I do like her song here! Thanks for the comment!

Hi Jade! Great that you love Glass Animals and Ina Wroldsen here! Glass Animals does attract my attention from time to time, but this song is probably one of their better ones! It's quite uniquely structured and produced, so hopefully it will get more height soon! Like I said above, I probably have missed Pale Horses during the long break of charting, so I'm glad it was discovered! Thanks for the comment!

Hi Sergej! Thanks for the votes and suggestions! I will have a good listen! Surprised that you ranked To Look for Owls here! The music style reminds me of the early 20th century classical music faction led by Schoenberg and co. I really like how the piece tries to create the atmosphere through dissonances, and that cello solo is definitely a highlight!
