For the penultimate round I thought it'd be interesting to pit bang up to date 2019 releases against each other! Following 'boyfriend' being the only one of those in the last round. But first, here's what happened in said round...

01. Miley Cyrus - We Can't Stop [23 votes]
02. Lana Del Rey - High By The Beach [7 votes]
03. Ariana Grande - boyfriend (feat. Social House) [2 votes]

Omg... it finally happened... MILEY WON A ROUND!! cheer.gif and in style as she crushed the competition. So it's now 4-3-1!

Vote for your favourite:

Ariana Grande - 7 rings

Lana Del Rey - Doin' Time

Miley Cyrus - Mother's Daughter

Past round winners
ROUND 1: Lana Del Rey (best debut - 'Video Games')
ROUND 2: Ariana Grande (best biggest hit in the UK - 'One Last Time')
ROUND 3: Lana Del Rey (best title track - 'Born To Die')
ROUND 4: Ariana Grande (best UK chart near-miss - 'no tears left to cry')
ROUND 5: Ariana Grande (best dance anthem - 'Break Free')
ROUND 6: Lana Del Rey (best soundtrack song - 'Young And Beautiful')
ROUND 7: Ariana Grande (best collaboration - 'Love Me Harder' featuring The Weeknd)
ROUND 8: Miley Cyrus (best summer single - 'We Can't Stop')

G'won Miley getting that win x This time I have ranked:

01. Ariana Grande - 7 rings
02. Lana Del Rey - Doin' Time
03. Miley Cyrus - Mother's Daughter

All GREAT songs. It was so hard to choose a favourite as both '7 rings' and 'Doin' Time' were #1s on my chart sad.gif but '7 rings' just about edges it. 'Mother's Daughter' was unlucky here as that was also in my chart and one of Miley's finest moments to date.

Btw, I booked tickets to see Lana tonight, so as of February 2020 (the date I'm seeing her) I will have seen all three of them live *.* as I saw Miley back in 2009 and Ariana is coming up in October this year! Maybe we'll finally have 'Angel' by the time I've seen Lana kink.gif

Easy for me to rank this time!

1. Ariana Grande - 7 rings
2. Lana Del Rey - Doin’ Time
3. Miley Cyrus - Mother’s Daughter

I still really like 7 rings, Doin’ Time is a good cover but not at the same level as 7 rings, and I’ve never really liked Mother’s Daughter unfortunately.

I LOVE Mother's Daughter, but not as much a 7 rings. Doin' Time is nice, but no where near the standard of the other two.

1. 7 Rings
2. Mother's Daughter
3. Doin' Time

First time Miley has been above Lana for me. Mother's Daughter is probably her best.

Mother's Daughter by far, easily one of the most underrated 2019 releases so far sad.gif
