Biography
Consisting of members Marvin Humes (JLS), the White N3rd (Scott Wild), and JKAY (Jon Kay), the electronic dance trio LuvBug formed in April 2013. Humes and Kay grew up together in Woolwich, South East London, while Wild was raised in Manchester. Kay was part of the songwriting and production duo Tracklacers, who actually produced material for JLS while Humes was still in the band. Meanwhile, Wild was a producer who shared studio time with the likes of Max Martin and Ali Tennant. The trio decided to produce together after Wild was introduced to Humes through Tennant and was convinced that working with the other two would be beneficial. Inspired by classic U.K. garage and funky, deep house, they started working on and releasing remixes for the likes of Inner City, Leah McFall & will.i.am, and Case & Foxy Brown. They began work on their own productions when they signed a deal with Polydor in early 2014. They teamed up with vocalist Talay Riley for their debut single "Resonance" in October 2014, which reached number 13 in the U.K. singles chart and established them as one of the emerging U.K. deep house production outfits. Second single "Revive (Say Something)" was released the following February and became another Top 20 U.K. hit as they put the finishing touches on their debut album. - iTunes

2014 13 Resonance (LuvBug Feat. Talay Riley) -1-
2015 17 Revive (Say Something) -2-

Biography
Born in the West Sussex town of Chichester, British singer/songwriter Tom Odell spent his formative years studying at the Brighton Institute of Modern Music. Raised on a steady diet of Elton John, Leonard Cohen, and Bob Dylan, Odell's songs are emotional, raw, and hushed affairs that have drawn comparisons to Jeff Buckley. In 2012, after landing a record deal with Columbia Records, the then-21-year-old released his debut EP, Songs from Another Love, made his television debut on Later... with Jools Holland, and was nominated for and won in the Critics Choice category of that year's BRIT Awards. He released his first full-length studio album, Long Way Down, in 2013. The platinum-selling album was a huge success, having gone straight in at number one on the U.K. charts, and Odell spent much of the following couple of years touring the material relentlessly, supporting huge names such as Elton John, Billy Joel, and The Rolling Stones along the way. Odell soon sought refuge from the limelight, and found it in the shape of a small apartment in New York's East Village. It was here that he found the time to begin working on his follow-up, 2016's Wrong Crowd. After a European tour in 2014, and after scooping the awarding of an Ivor Novello award for Songwriter of the Year, Odell again relocated, this time to Los Angeles. Here the album began to take shape, now with the help of producer Jim Abbiss, best known for his work with Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, and Adele, amongst others. Ever the avid film buff, Wrong Crowd was accompanied by a collection of films which followed the narrative of the album. Scripted by Odell and with the help of director George Belfield, the films explored themes of isolation and innocence, having drawn inspiration from the greats such as Wenders, Malick, and Fellini during his time spent under the radar in New York. A European tour to promote the album was slated for Spring 2016. - iTunes

Chart history - Top 100 (Year peak title):

2012 10 Another Love -3-
2012 67 Can't Pretend -1-
2013 44 Hold Me -2-
2013 45 Grow Old With Me -4-

it was worst for her follow up Unfaithful, which also peaked at #2 and was blocked by McFly ;(

Got to love looking back on the charts of early 2011. The 'club banger' sound was so dominant that it makes Fast Car look more bizarre in amongst the rest of that top ten that it would probably look now.

Knowing them, they won't - they probably think we all want to just hear the top 25 because it's the top 25 as decided by YOU THE MUSIC CONSUMERS.
