That didn't happen until 'Slave 4 U', when Britney went with a clothing line to promote the 'Dream Within A Dream' Tour' instead of Clear Channel Radio. 'Stronger' received a soft physical release, but that was pulled before its peak in the USA.

All of her singles pre ITZ were a limited release besides 'BOMT', 'From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart' and 'Crazy'.
