Fantastic finale especially that last fight, great to see my fellow michael finally get the win with Eruption (and that little tribute outro was cheesy in all the right ways <3) and Nuts being one of the real stars this series!
Best few seconds of S10: the Apex self destruction (can we get another series after this pls?) |

This was a fantastic series, pretty much every fight was full of action.
I personally thought Carbide should have won that final but it's great to see a new champion, fair play after coming through that 10-way melee then winning the whole thing! The fog of war can go though... |

Sadly this has been axed by the BBC after 3 series of the rival.
Hopefully like the revived Battlebots which was dropped by ABC after 2, it will get picked up by a smaller network. Robot combat will continue through Battlebots now on Discovery and Asia's Kind of Bots, which I believe most of which is on Youtube. The BBC have axed it to make way for new and different programming, despite this being a unique show and actually trying to get the young people into science and engineering. Another reason for the axe is declining ratings. But the last series was put up against Blue Planet (or was it Planet Earth) and The X Factor. So no wonder it lost viewers. I've been mentally preparing this since Series 9 + 10 got announced very close to the airing of Series 8 + 9 but nothing was announced about a Series 11. |

Can't be too sad, never thought a revival would ever happen then we were blessed with 3 super-fast series.
