Well I've been listening through some of the 30 songs through to the national selection shows, and this is turning into THE national final of 2015 from what I've heard! I have a feeling Hungary are going to be Eurovision winners very soon, maybe even this year!
I've listened to the songs being most hyped/talked about on ESC Forum, and these are: Boggie - Wars For Nothing Bogi - World of Violence Gergő Szakács - Ősz utca Ív - Fire Kati Wolf - Ne engedj el! (English version also available) Leander Rising - Lőjetek fel! Passed - Mesmerize Vera Tóth - Gyémánt I don't know who exactly are the favourites, but all of these songs are above average at least in my opinion except for Leander Rising - who unfortunately seem to have the most hype behind them at the moment although Iz will probably like them. For me, I think Boggie has lots of potential for an incredible performance - some people on ESC Forum are saying 'Wars For Nothing' is a potential Eurovision winner! 'Mesmerize' is another massive stand-out, it's is a trap-influenced song that is very unique and could stand out very nicely in both the national selection and Eurovision if Hungary fancied taking a risk (that isn't the heavy rock of Leander Rising...). |

Well I've been listening through some of the 30 songs through to the national selection shows, and this is turning into THE national final of 2015 from what I've heard! We're SIX FINALS IN! In fairness they have the right formula, but for some reason they've become a bit of a 'oh MF's shit it's ALL ABOUT A DAL THESE DAYS' choice for fave NF. From what I've heard so far though, PAH (though I wish them well as a Hungarian win would be fabulous) |

We're SIX FINALS IN! Yeah maybe I was a little premature (), especially after listening to several of the Eesti Laul songs. Potential for some excellent entries this year from the likes of Hungary and Estonia, both of which are surely going to be winners (again in Estonia's case) in the next few years as they consistently provide high quality selections. |

Fantastic news from Hungary tonight is that Leander Rising, the heavy metal band, have been eliminated!

Following the three heats, here are the 18 acts through to the semi-finals order by their jury (and app) scores (and therefore perhaps the favourites at this point due to the heavy jury influence all the way until the final 4):
Ádám Szabó - Give Me Your Love - 46 points Boglárka Csemer (Boggie) - Wars for Nothing - 46 points Kati Wolf - Ne engedj el - 45 points Passed - Mesmerize - 43 points Other Planet - Untold Story - 42 points Bálint Gájer - That's How It Goes - 40 points Vera Tóth - Gyémánt - 39 points Zoltán Mujahid - Beside You - 39 points Bogi Dallos - World of Violence - 38 points Ív - Fire - 38 points Pankastic! - Kicsi a világ, de nagy világ - 38 points Spoon - Keep Marching On - 38 points (televote wildcard) Gabi Szűcs - Úgysem felejtesz el - 37 points Karmapolis - Time Is Now - 37 points Gyula Éliás Jr. feat. Fourtissimo - Run to You - 36 points New Level Empire - Homelights - 34 points (televote wildcard) Timi Antal - Woke Up This Way - 33 points (televote wildcard) |

If Boggie wins A Dal then I'd consider her a threat to win the whole thing.

I agree! From what I've heard, Boggie, Passed and Bogi are my favourites. Passed would be a very interesting, and my ultimate preference, but I can't see the televoters going for that after its low app vote. It probably will end up Adam and Boggie in the top 2.

But Kati. Gays dont care about some peace anthem with deep lyrics and actual meaning. Give us slutdropping and schlager with drag queens and shirtlessness

Incredible performance actually, reminds me a little of 'Molitva'. Will Hungary vote for a female winner though, they haven't since A Dal came back in 2012! |

Complete with not at all subtle Ukraine and Charlie Hebdo references.

Hungary · Final 28th February 2015 Watch the selection on Eurovision.tv! 7.25pm UK Time / 8.25pm Central European Time (Programme scheduled to last 2 hours 10 minutes) Running Order Click ► to listen to the songs! TBA | ► Ádám Szabó - Give Me Your Love TBA | ► Bálint Gájer - That's How It Goes TBA | ► Boggie - Wars For Nothing TBA | ► Ív - Fire TBA | ► Kati Wolf - Ne engedj el! TBA | ► Passed - Mesmerize TBA | ► Spoon - Keep Marching On TBA | ► Zoltán Mujahid - Beside You Voting The first round of voting will consist of 100% jury vote. The top four songs will then proceed to the second round of voting (or superfinal) where the ultimate winner will be decided by 100% televoting, as well as app voting. Who are the favourites? There doesn't seem to be any odds, but judging by past jury scores - the four favourites to make the final round of voting would be Ádám Szabó, Boggie, Kati Wolf and Passed. The general feeling on the Internet forums is that the two main contenders for overall victory are Ádám and Boggie with Ádám perhaps having the small advantage of the two but let's wait and see! Further details available at Eurovision.tv |

Kati </3 The song is no What About My Dreams (what is tbf?) but that was my fave. Boggi could win it for them but it's nothing amazing, it's just the message that will get attention etc. It would be lovely for Hungary to win anyway.

Massive shock from the jury tonight, hope Boggie can win now but I think Spoon have a great chance after winning the televote wildcards earlier in the selection.
