A few more things I should say:

- I wasn't too strict about getting the exact wording right, if I got where you were coming from I gave you the mark
- After the correct asnwers you will see a list of 'incorrect answers' - this list isn't complete as I got bored and some answers took the mickey a bit!
- For the few of you who tried to be smart (or didn't fully get the rules) and didn't list your final answer in the first box, it won't make any difference as I added it in anyway.
- If you didn't put an answer in the box, I went with your first correct answer from the list. If there wasn't aything in either, that's an incorrect answer.

We got 33 players in total, so 32 points for an incorrect answer (and of course 0 for a pointless!) Comment along as we go along

Q1: Artists who have had their first Top 100 hit in 2020



Newbie 24kGoldn was by far the best guessed here, which is absolutely no surprise as he's currently at #1, with his co-conspirator Iann Dior joint second-highest. After that we get a barrage of acts who have had their first Top 10 hits as well as their first Top 100 hits, and the lower down we get the more obscure we get, to acts liek WhoHeem and Vedo who I've never heard of. The most common incorrect answers are Doja Cat and DaBaby, who actually sneaked into the Top 100 just before the start of the year. paulgilb and Ansel got 11 correct answers apiece and win themselves a 3 point deduction.

My first time playing one of these and I didn't fully realise what the rules were - didn't realise I needed to list as many answers as possible to contribute to the 'survey'. Makes much more sense now, will play properly next time!

Q2: Artists who have collaborated with Sean Paul on a UK Top 40 Single



Our second question leads to some VERY high scoring answers. The top one is Blu Cantrell, with the evidently memorable Breathe feautring not only Sean Pual but Sean Paul and Sean Paul as well. The Saturdays are only one vote behind, and other very high-profile collaborations not too far back either. In fact no-one got less than 3 points on this question, which was quite a feat despite people guessing answrs no-one else managed to guess. Rihanna is the most popular incorrect here; she did make a song with Sean Paul, but it looks like it didn't chart. awardinary is the highest guesser - we have a three-way tie for second best, so they all get a deduction.

Some more high scorers here - the two dance megastars rack up the points, with Guetta just pipping Daft Punk to the post. The wonderfully alternative Christine 7 The Queens is the next most popular, followed by yet more dance acts and people I've never heard of. Two people guessed MIKA (who is from Lebanon) and Madame Monsieur (who are French, but have never touched the charts). France Gall also never charted, and Emilia is Swedish. paulgilb is once again the best guesser, with M4NGO and dj_tim_e also picking up the points.

I feel a bit bad for adding this one because it put some people who were otherwise doing really well right off their tracks. A good number of people still managed to get either text her WhatsApp or Cops a Big Mac though, which are probably the two most prevalent lines in the song. I had a hard time trying to work out how to group the various things he does, as well as what was actually correct (I put 'gets pinned down by a bouncer' as incorrect as it was the bouncer who did it as opposed to him) but feel free to contest.

Q5: Eurovision songs which have reached the Top 100 since 2015 (this includes songs which charted in 2015)



This one was an interesting one - I picked 2015 especially as this only covers Eurovision songs from the streaming era, when the number of Eurovision songs which entered the chart dropped considerably. Unsurprisingly the only two songs in that time period to make the Top 40 are the two most guessed, with this year's hit Think About Things topping the list. Toy is very near behind Heroes though, and most of the other songs are on single figures, although poor Loic Nottet and Polina Gagarina didn't get any guesses Jamala is the only winner in recent times to not chart so she was a fair guess, most of the other guesses are from way before 2015, the earliest being Rybak in 2010. We also had a guess for Who's That What's that - I think someone was thinking of the wrong song there

Very much enjoying this Pointless format and much kudos Pete for compiling everyone's guesses and answers which looks a huge task!

It's definitely a fun twist as less obvious answers are rewarded over second-guessing whether other people went for the same obvious ones. Interesting to see that all 3 of us who guessed Spirit In The Sky for Q5 went for that as the final answer - in the other version, it would have scored the same points as Heroes and Toy. Unusual that one other person went for 1979 in Q1, but nobody else went for HOSH.

Unfortunately I've not finished writing the script to get the results yet so I can't do that! (my first attempt had the winner on over 320 points which is physically impossible to do so needs a bit of tweaking )

Songs by female artists which have spent 5+ weeks at #1



Another one with some very high scorers! Rihanna's Umberella takes the top spot, with the legendary Whitney just pipping Tones & I to second place. Leona, Cher and Adele all get plenty of guesses but beyond that it's a free-for-all with lots of songs which people forgot spent so long at the top making a splash. The incorrect answers had lots of songs spending 4 weeks at the top, as well as some which didn't even reach #1. I realise this question was a tad vague; I accepted girl groups and female artists featuring male artists but didn't accept answers where the female as the featured artist (the most-guessed of those was One Kiss). I was ignoring them and all seemed to be going swimmingly until the last person to enter guessed Rockabye - sorry Dan17F1! n4yr and paulgilb were the best guessers here.

Low scores across the board for this one! Very few people could name many answers, and those that could all named different ones leading to me doing a lot of searching on the OCC website. MIKA takes the top spot with a whopping 5 guesses, and a whole host of various answers, many of which I've never heard of in my life. The majority of the incorrects come from people who hadn't read the 'both first name or surname needed' biit or just couldn't bring any to mind.

Q8: Top 40 singles featuring Drake, in which Drake is not the first credited artist



We all know Drake likes a good feature, particularly now that he's only allowed 3 songs in the chart as lead artist. The winner, once again, is Rihanna, with a song that dates back to before I knew who Drake even was. His two recent songs with DJ Khaled take second and joint-third with yet another Rihanna song (does anyone reckon Buzzjack quite likes Rihanna?) and various others making it lower down. I allowed 'SICKO MODE' as it did 'feature' drake even if not officially, although thankfully no-one actually put it as their final answer. Incorrect answers come from songs where Drake is the lead artist and others I have no idea about.

Okay, now I sincerely regret putting this question in as I got nearly EIGHTY different answers and it was an absolute nightmare going through the OCC website for every single artist trying to work out if it was correct or not! Again I was a bit vague and I'm sorry, by 'decade' I went with 00-09 as opposed to 01-10, which did knock a few from correct to incorrect. If this quiz were run next week then P!nk may have been correct but sadly she's not Well done to the people who got 10+ answers on this, but I also hate you all for holding me up so much

Q10: Anyone who has hosted the Chart Show, either on Radio 1 or Buzzjack


(I've got no idea what this video is of, I just picked the first one on YouTube)

No surprises to see Scott Mills top the list as he is of course the current chart show host. The iconic Jameela is second, followed by pretty much all the recent hosts, then the more iconic older ones, then the 'occasional' hosts who do count. Buzzjackers finish a bit lower down the list, however for a few of them I have no idea whether they ctually hosted the chart or not so I'm sorry if I've put you in the wrong section! Thankfully absolutely no Buzzjackers were chosen as final answers, making it all a bit easier scrap that, just seen that coi was in fact guessed as a final answer. Some fairly random incorrect answers - I know Jason Derulo was a recurring guest in one chart show but did he really 'host' it? James Masterton - isn't he the guy who does the sales now? And no idea for Dave Lee Travis, but if anyone can provide me with evidence (quickly) then I may reconsider.

I was expecting bottom 6, not top 6 Seems like almost everyone must have had at least one wrong answer, which would've evened things out a bit. I thought I was doomed after getting one wrong but glad that's not the case.
