The Nicki snub is crazy, it was beginning to look a huge hit for her, gutted. sad.gif

Not a great week for my faves this week, surely they could swap stuff like Blame/Shake It Off instead of Nick Mulvey's awful rerelease and Figure It Out which already feels old and is their worst song sad.gif

However, glad to see Sigma/Alt J climb up and Catfish and the Bottlemen's track is amazing so it's great to see them on the A-list again.

Good adds for Ariana/Ella H and Usher to an extent but not feeling the other adds at all. Dj Fresh/Ellie's track is really good though so I hope that can be a future top 10 because both artists are great!

Upset to see Katy go without reaching A-list too, so much potential with that track sad.gif Glad they didn't keep Don't forever like Sing too. Bastille not reaching A-list is a shame too with their best single.

Not the best week, sad.gif I hope Anaconda can still be a top 10 hit anyhow.

Anaconda will still most likely go top 10 anyway even if radio 1 decides to snub it probably even top 5 .

Hmmm I wonder why that future Pro Green flop is A List, whilst Calvin's midweek Number 1 is stuck on the B List?

Anyway of the new additions I'm happy to see Fall Out Boy affed and DJ Fresh. Couldn't care for Ella. I really don't like 'Glow'. sad.gif

Finally going ahead with Flashlight then, it's a bit dull tbh but should get Ellie another top 10.

Going by pre orders Pro Green isn't exactly going to flop. It's only rising more throughout the top 100 as the days go by.

How annoying that Taylor hasn't budged since being added to the playlist. Also why support one song that Minaj is on but not her own solo track. Pretty bizarre. I do wonder if R1 will add her when it blows up because it appears it most certainly will.

Really surprised Nicki has been snubbed they pretty much confirmed it would he play listed this week, last week.

Sad for Katy, her first song since Waking Up in Vegas to not make the a-list. And it's far from her worst.

Odd with Taylor. Surely it will be a-listed before it falls out of the top 10?

Shake It Off will likely be kept on the playlist until her album's out (which isn't for another month), so it'll still get around 4 weeks on the A List eventually

I'm surprised they're not going for 'Anaconda', unless they make it a late addition.

It won't affect it if they don't though, it's still going to be absolutely humongous.

DJ Ffresh Ft Ellie Goulding, Fall Out Boy, Kwabs, Lower than Alantis, Marmozets, Usher Feat Nicki Minaj and Prides for me this week wub.gif

I love Royal Blood but they need to get rid off Figure it Out, I know the album is doing well and everything but why keep it all the top IMO Taylor swift, Calvin or even Hozie would benefit from being at A-list

Also I thought Hudson Taylor would of been added today sad.gif

Quite surprised that Radio 1 are still on board with Usher.

'Flashlight' is really growing on me having heard it on the radio a few times now, not sure how well it'll do as it's been out via 'Halcyon Days' for absolutely ages but I hope it can at least go top 20.

OOPS at Katy Perry. laugh.gif I guess it kinda' compensates for how long 'Birthday' was kept on despite it flopping. Shame though, TIHWD was just starting to grow on me.

YAY what a beautiful few new additions this week:

DJ Fresh ft. Ellie Goulding - this song is great but has been around for an absolute eternity, weird that they're only just releasing it.
Ariana Grande - yassss
Ella Henderson - will this finally take off?

Also nice to see Gorgon City move up to B List. Hope it goes at least Top 20, their best song so far. Their album should be amazing.

They do this with people like Pitbull and Drake, so why can't they do it with Nicki?

It's mainly with pop stars and indie bands where they playlist everything or nothing, but with other artists they playlist some singles but not others.

They might add 'Anaconda' next week, maybe they just decided there wasn't enough room this week. I'm sure Taylor Swift will be A-listed eventually, whenever they add a song straight to B-list, they seem to keep them there for a few weeks before moving them up.

Surprised they haven't added Example, are they finally going to snub him? ohmy.gif

Glad Usher's new single has been added. I thought they'd snub him after the poor performance of 'Good Kisser'. SCTGITY is a return to form for him. He's becoming very hit-and-miss though. Great to see Ariana added too.

Re: Katy - I'm not surprised that R1 aren't supporting her that much with her new single. It'll teach her to stop releasing basic childish songs and for her to actually go back to making decent pop music. No one is here for TIHWD, 'Birthday' and 'Unconditionally'. They're all terrible.
