An internal that have already changed their minds from who they were going to send
 I hope for him that it really is mutual  "Running" wasn't outstanding but it was fine so I'd have liked for him to be given another shot

I thought this would happen after I watched an interview with him where he basically slagged off his song and stated that it wasn't what he wanted to send.

Sounds like Tom Leeb won't be back for France as his "schedule is too busy" for next year. Fair enough if that's the case and he's been given the option, but I did love The Best In Me.

Things are not sounding good for Ben Dolic, apparently he won't be internally selected although he's welcome to submit a song to the broadcaster again..
That would not only be my #1 of the year not returning but mean that my entire top 3 is gone
