Bournemouth will be the first opponents for Mourinho's Man Utd and then the first visitors to the Olympic Stadium. Could be two televised matches to start the season.

And they were the last team LVG played! Fun little parallel. I've not gone into war for tickets as I have season ticket and no interest in the away matches for this year. |

As expected the seats for match days at Old Trafford are flying off the shelves like no man's business. I'm just waiting for the times and dates to be officially confirmed before trying to book tickets as I would like to go for a Saturday 3PM match. Looking on the Man Utd website today there was a queue for 30-60 minutes before you could even have a look at which seats were left.

I still fancy Leicester making a top 4 finish for the 2016/17 season....a niggling voice in my noggin says Hull City in the top 10 at season's end....

Arsenal at 11/2 is a really good price. If they sign another striker I'm sold on that, regardless of whether Sanchez stays or goes.

Southampton have confirmed Claude Puel as their new manager. He took Lyon to the 2010 Champions League semi-final and took Nice to 4th in Ligue 1 last season.

Decent pedigree there then, wonder if they can continue the Southampton cycle & improve even on last year.

Really pleased to hear of Luke Shaw's return to football after such a long absence.

Half our squad was missing and we still played better than the majority of last season. Phil f***ing Jones was on the pitch and we didn't suck. I can't remember the last time that useless lump was on a pitch and we didn't suck.
So if I were you Roo I'd no bet on us having a bad year. |

Man Utd, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man City then the likes of West Ham/Everton/Southampton/Leicester pushing for Europe.. someone's gonna be really unhappy come May |
