Carly Rae Jepsen's "Fever" takes the crown from Tory Lanez's "Luv", as the former rises 2-1 and the latter falls 1-4. Angel Olsen's "Sister" blasts to #2 after debuting at #10 last week, and the 1975 ascend to the top 5, hopping 7-5. Meanwhile, Majical Cloudz's "Downtown" is this week's highest-debuting song, entering at #6 nearly a year after it was first released. Just below it, Shura's "What's It Gonna Be?" climbs 15-7, NAO's "Fool to Love" skips 11-8, and AlunaGeorge's "I Remember" returns to a new peak in the top 10, rising 12-9. Down in the top 20, NAO earns her third top-20 hit as "Girlfriend" vaults 25-14. Angel Olsen also makes big moves as "Shut Up Kiss Me" (35-18) and "Intern" (38-19), become her second and third top-20 hits, respectively. The latter is also this week's Climber. This week's Free Faller, meanwhile, is Drake's "Controlla" which descends 16-29. It only stuck with me now for some reason; it feels like such a seasonal record, one that you can only listen to as the weather starts getting colder. It's also fucking devastating. Last week's #1, Blood Orange's Freetown Sound, drops to #2. The other debut in the top 10, AlunaGeorge's I Remember, enters at #3 following its Friday release. Finally, Usher's Hard II Love enters at #15, also after its Friday release. TW LW | PP WC Artist – Album 01 — | 01 1 Majical Cloudz – Are You Alone? Hey there dhwe
Ooh first of all I echo the appreciation for the new layout! Looks fantastic. As for the music, I am so here for that number 1! 'Fever' is my second favourite discovery on Emotion Side B just after 'Higher'. The amount of amazing music she's had hidden up her sleeve is beyond me haha. As for your new entries, a huge YES at How To Dress Well sneaking in here *.* it was totally love at first listen. Great stuff! |
