4 years since the 'sweetener' era was coming to an end and 'thank u, next' was just around the corner! Her star was about to go stratospheric  On a 'sweetener' singles note I revisited the music video for 'no tears left to cry' today for the first time in a while and was reminded of how much of a triumphant return it was <3 addressing the Manchester tragedy and moving forward on a comforting note, through a killer pop song with a stunning video. |

I wasn't the biggest fan of the sweetener colour palette (peach vinyl aside) but the platinum blonde photoshoots for it *.* |

'everytime' is racking up alot of streams of late, is it doing something on Tik Tok? This week on Last.fm it was her most streamed non-single and streamed more than the rest of the singles on the album. Randomly delightful.

Since my last post 'everytime' has gone silver, becoming only the 2nd album track from 'sweetener' to collect a cert. following the title track. The only other non-single track from the album to receive a certification is 'goodnight n go' which is Gold in the US.
