AFC Wimbledon's Scott Wagstaff will be dying his beard blue and white after their FA Cup win against West Ham.

Good chance for Man Utd and Man City to win this now - half of the Top 6 are out! Probably means everyone is likely to get favourable draws up until the Quarter Finals too.. Well now they'll definitely be another one of the big boys out. Certainly giving us a tough run for a change! |

Watford reached the FA Cup quarter-finals for the second time in four seasons after a hard-fought win against battling Queens Park Rangers.

A great performance from them, give Ole the job permanently. I think it is the first time we have beaten Chelsea in the FA Cup since 1999.

Could never have imagined this when Jose left. Shows you the difference a change of manager can make.

He might be back at Chelsea yet again at this rate! that was the perfect response to the PSG match, definitely needed that ahead of a certain group turning up this Sunday
On the whole though, this was a pretty underwhelming fifth round with every single game going the way of the favourite (in terms of the football pyramid) and not a single game going to extra time & penalties which they precisely brought in at this stage to do away with potential replays this season! |

Fantastic performance all round the pitch from us tonight, we had Chelsea in our pocket for the whole match and I thought besides Pogba & Herrera who were praised on TV Victor Lindelof had a brilliant game, probably his best game for United and Sergio Romero continues to be a solid back up for De Gea. I admire Romero's patience through the years, most goalkeepers in his situation would have left a long time ago.
Wolves away will be a tricky quarter final for us but I'm confident that will get past them and into the semis at Wembley. Brighton could be in for hell when they go to the New Den to face Millwall, that is probably the most hostile ground in England and it seems to inspire the team whenever Premier League opposition come to town. Manchester City continue their knack of being awarded the easiest possible tie by being drawn against Swansea. |

Absolutely disgraceful from Andre Marriner.
How could he possibly have awarded that penalty? It clearly wasn't a pen so he must have just guessed. What happened to 'if you don't see it, you can't give it? There's going to be lots of talk about VAR now. This post has been edited by LewisGT: 16th March 2019, 07:24 PM |
