I've started making sure I go into my communal area earlier than every one else just so I can get the skiing/snowboarding on before anyone else gets there

I don't know whether I said last month but I've taken up Archery! Doubt I'll be any good at it but it's a good thing to do, and doesn't expend much energy either which is always a bonus.

Well I'm only a beginner so I can't really assess my performance yet
But it's a decent pastime, something I'm enjoying and it gives me an excuse to miss the most boring lecture of the week
