 Hello and welcome back to Taahino! Thank you to all of you who voted, we had a good turn out in the end but unfortunately the majority of entrants did end up facing the 7 point deduction  I guess that only makes for more interesting results though  Join me at 5pm where I will begin to reveal the 60 semi-finalists (people are around right?  ) If you need a reminder of the songs, you can check them out again here Good luck!! I thought there'd be no point deduction for the nominations round, as there wasn't in TBO Finalists this year.
But I won't complain if it means I get a qualifier out of it.

Hurray for deductions because I would be so disheartened about this whole thing if my six precious faves ALL went out tonight and I'm selfishly self-interested here and will welcome anything that may get one more of them through to a slight bit of redemption.
(they'll all go out anyway because people can't taste but let me believe for a minute or two) |

Good start there, really like most of those songs, especially Aphex Twin, The Blaze and Lee Mills
Buzzjack Mountain slaying a bit so far xx I thought it was a bit unfair to get rid of the deduction in TBO tbh (basically punished the people who did vote lol) so glad to see it reinstated for this x |
