 Hello everybody and welcome to Vartsa, Mdiče for the final of the 2nd BuzzJack Song Contest! The show is hosted in the magnificent Vartsa Hall, constructed at a cost of M4.3 million in the last year with the extravagant stage alone costing M900,000   I'm sure we'd all agree it was worth the cost!  There are 24 songs taking part in the final, and after a very tight semi-final we have 14 qualifiers and 10 countries who came top 10 in the last contest! So without further ado, let the show begin!  NB: Due to complaints over the previous system, the banners are now hyperlinks to the YouTube videos! Hopefully this should make it a little easier to view the songs properly                          And that was the show! Let's remind ourselves of what we saw...RECAP You have until Sunday noon (GMT) to send your votes to me by PM! Your votes MUST be kept private, you will be disqualified if you announce them publicly!For those unfamiliar with the voting procedure, you give points of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12, with 12 going to your favourite song, 10 to your 2nd favourite, 8 to your 3rd favourite, 7 to your 4th favourite and so on, down to 1 to your 10th favourite. (THERE ARE NO 9 POINTS GIVEN) And don't forget to state the country you are voting for when you give your points!  EVERYONE taking part in this contest has to vote, regardless of whether they are in the final or not, and face disqualification from the next contest for not doing so unless they have a valid excuse (as well as a 75% point deduction for anyone in the final!). And remember that ONLY COUNTRIES PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST CAN VOTE!This was a MIBC presentation 2007 with help from IBK. |
