It's definitely had a stroke of luck to avoid ACR but nevertheless, I'm amazed it's ended up being the longest-running 1D top 40 hit! Would NEVER have called that, even without considering we're in the ACR era. It will eventually become his biggest seller overall, which is pretty remarkable

Updated! Adore You should be platinum next week It's swerved ACR again so it should extend its top 40 record by yet another 3 weeks *.*

Updated. Adore You's platinum, and had an increase in streams today so it's still got 3 more weeks before ACR Falling overtakes Lights Up to become Harry's second longest runner, and overtakes Watermelon Sugar to become his fourth biggest seller.

Updated. Watermelon Sugar's back in the top 40 already at #35! It's the 9th week it's spent in the top 40. Harry's top 40 weeks:
24 Adore You * 14 Falling * 12 Lights Up 10 Sign of the Times 09 Watermelon Sugar * Adore You increased AGAIN so has another 3 weeks before ACR Falling on the other hand is off to ACR now, so this is likely to be its last top 40 week. Nevertheless, 14 weeks is insane!! Crazy to think as well that in a couple of weeks, Sign of the Times will be Harry's shortest-running hit who'd have called that? Also I expect it's only going to take a couple of weeks for Adore You to overtake the last known figure for Sign of the Times! That's not a very recent figure but that must put it really close to overtaking its actual figure. I wish we had an update! |

Updated! Adore You's one week off overtaking SOTT's last known total now. Watermelon Sugar is #17 in today's first look so we could be looking at a new peak next week!

Updated! A few things this week:
- Adore You has now outsold Sign of the Times' last known total. It'll probably take another couple of weeks at least for it to overtake what Sign of the Times is actually on but it's quite safe to say that Adore You's only a matter of time away from being his biggest seller. - Watermelon Sugar has a new peak of #16. It should go gold next week. - Watermelon Sugar's re-overtaken Falling's total sales. Falling should be gold within two weeks. - Watermelon Sugar spending its 11th week top 40 means that Sign of the Times is now Harry's shortest-running top 40 hit....!! |

Well, Adore You will need at least another 300k sales to match Sign of the Times. Sott is close to 1 million sales in the UK. Can't wait when they finally announce it officially. |

Updated. Adore You's off to ACR now so 27 weeks will be all it gets in the top 40, but what an amazing outcome!!
Watermelon Sugar's gold, Falling will make it next week. Watermelon's now outsold the last known total for Lights Up - it won't have actually outsold it yet but it won't be long now until we can safely say it has. Two weeks max I'd say? Aside: I've found Falling's artwork at last! *.* |

948k in April 2018, so he added ~250k in 2 years.
Maybe Slow Hands is at 1m too and SOTT at 850-900k |

^ Agreed, I think 'Slow Hands' is more or less a million seller too by now.

SOTT was (and still is) selling better than Strip That Down and Slow Hands in these 2 years. So it is more than 900k for sure. You underestimate it.

Updated! Added Liam's new certification, and Falling's gone gold too. That means it's outsold the last known total we have for Lights Up - bear in mind Lights Up will be ahead still but I can only go by the totals I know, so the analysis post has Falling ahead. Nevertheless, it's clear Lights Up will soon be the lowest selling Fine Line single...!
Adore You will pass 700k next week. Sadly its 27-week run in the top 40 ended this week as it hit ACR. Watermelon Sugar climbs to #11 and is set for top 10 this coming week, while overtaking Lights Up's top 40 weeks (it now has 13). |

Updated! Another exciting week in Harry chart news! Watermelon Sugar is of course the big story of the week, becoming Harry's fourth solo top 10. This pushes him into outright first place for most solo top 10s:
04 Harry 03 Zayn 02 Liam / Louis / Niall It's already matched Adore You's peak, too. It's also matched Falling's top 40 weeks. It's certain at this point to become the 2nd longest-running solo top 40 hit: 27 Adore You 16 Strip That Down 15 PILLOWTALK 15 Slow Hands 14 I Don't Wanna Live Forever 14 Dusk Till Dawn 14 Falling 14 Watermelon Sugar * 13 Familiar 12 Back to You 12 For You 12 Lights Up 11 Just Hold On 10 Sign of the Times Adore You itself has passed 700k sales. |

Updated! Watermelon Sugar hits a new peak of #6, and will cross 500k next week. Not much else to report on this week!
