Not really. I think Take Me To Church and Viva La Vida might be the only 2 that have a chance of appearing in my top 50 of the last 15 Years.

Some great songs, Gotye, Hozier
but they ruined the list trying to fit in the average songs from Foo Fighters, the Gallaghers etc

It was fan voted! Not a lot they could do.

Really? 'Seventeen Going Under'?

I'd rather have 'One Day Like This'.

‘One Day Like This’ is certainly an epic! And I heard Hozier on R2 this morning and thought that it must be one of the best debuts of the past decade. Also nice to see Wolf Alice in there!

Also isn’t the Blur song from the current album lol

The top 10 is fairly respectable tbf, the winner aside. Even putting aside my own feelings, it needs to be given time to grow a legacy. Don't think Not Nineteen Forever and Walk are worthy of being that high either, especially not over Viva la Vida and Human!

Personally, I think this is the kind of list you get when you live in a world without people like John Peel. It's a perfectly safe and unimaginative list of 'mainstream alternative' (an oxymoron I know) and it lacks anything really interesting or creative.

I don't mind listening to Absolute, it's rare I'd hear a song I object to but as a rule it's playlist are remarkably unadventurous

Seeing the Manics’ International Blue here was a really pleasant surprise - one of their best for me!

I mean, lists like this are always so subjective that I never really pay attention to them. There's a few really good songs in there, but what the hell is Keane's 'Sovereign Light Café'? I think that's the only one in the list I'm not familiar with.

I hadn’t heard of it either… but it’s got 75m streams on Spotify! And is really good too, having checked it out earlier.

Do like some of these songs but this list is very male heavy (especially the top half).

Although I do like most of these songs, it's far too homogeneous to take seriously as a 'greatest songs of the last 15 years' list. Greatest 'alternative' radio hits, sure, maybe.

Think it’s just an album track of theirs!

Nope, it was the third single from 2012's 'Strangeland'. It charted at #74!
