No, risk doesn't count. If a song is against the spirit of the contest as a whole then it doesn't matter what language it is.

Although it is unlikely a non-english track will be banned, I am not giving them preferential treatment.

I keep trying to find songs that I like a bit that I think could do well but I fail almost every time.

Maybe I should start sending songs that I love and actually coming last. I think I'll send some black metal next time. laugh.gif

My motto is 'if I love it then hopefully other people will', I stopped specifically hunting for success circa 2008 when I realised that it's ridiculously hard to 'guess' what people will like.
