Not the best remix imo. The production is good but the way it cuts the lyrics off is so jarring.

And with that, the album is done! What an experience <3

I would say 9/10! The only minus is that while vision is very cohesive, the songwriting is always not. The 80s influences also come through a bit too hard at places (especially FOHL)

Totally forgot about this. Will listen to it over the next day or two and come back with my thoughts.

I know I’m going to get some flack for this as it’s an unpopular opinion but I, not a huge fan of this album. I mean I like it but it’s behind The Fame/Monster and Chromatica.

I liked this a lot at the time, I was a huge fan back then but now there’d be less then half I’d chose to go back to. Government Hooker, Americano, Hair, Scheiße, Fashion of his Love and This Edge of Glory. I love that Fashion of his Love took parts from an old unreleased song of hers.

To be fair though I think this album came out at the wrong time for me and that’s just impacted my thoughts on it.

Born This Way is good and was necessary for Gaga's career, but it's not as "Gaga" as TFM/Chromatica.

I also think this album is a double-edged sword, it was good to solidify the image of LGBT+ icon that Gaga has had since the beginning of her career, but it wasn't necessarily the sound she should have served after TFM, she should have come up with something more safe and commercial, pushing social flags to her third album. She knew that and she agreed to take the risks.

A lot of my love for the album comes from the impact it had on my sexuality and confidence as a person so it'll always hold that special place in my heart.

I fully get those that don't like it musically as much as her other albums though!

Oh 100%. I can understand why it’s adored the way it is by the so many people.

As I mentioned I’m kind of the opposite (probably not the best choice of words) but this came out at a really tough time for me, so the majority of this album I just brings back memories of that.

Music wise I do prefer the the other two mentioned albums though.

The album does have some great moments though.
