It's been a long time coming, but the 30th edition of Unknown Pleasures is finally here! So to everyone who has been saving up your extremely obscure hits, now is the time.
The concept today is: dreams. But don't let that influence you from sending what you love. Anyway...
RULES:
01 | The artist or band must not have reached the top 75 of the UK singles chart, nor the top 40 of the UK albums chart (trust me newbies, this is a music forum, people will know)
02 | The song can't be featured on the current UK release schedule
03 | The song can't have been submitted to any previous song contest on Buzzjack. To give you a heads up, here are the archives to the rest of the song contests happening in this site:

Great to have this finally back again - I have quite a long list of potential song contest entries at the moment so will most likely be using this as an excuse to get rid of another one of them

Ok so I have confirmed something, I might have to rethink future selections when I hear what others have sent this month. I cannot believe I have never entered an Unknown Pleasures contest before! I blame Bré (no idea why, just felt right x).

Were you even active on the site the last time Unknown Pleasures happened tbf? It's possible the increasingly sporadic appearances of the contest may have just lined up with times that you were absent.

It's possible the increasingly sporadic appearances of the contest may have just lined up with times that you were absent.I suppose you could be right. I still don’t really know what to expect so I’ll be looking for a stark contrast from Nuggets that I’ve entered several times now.

well typically while it’s in the indie forum we get a slew of genres for unknown pleasures, from very much indie to straight up Disney channel bubblegum pop, so as long as it passes the veto and is unknown enough to make it in then any genre is fair game
