So it's Lana Del Rey that unsurprisingly gets a third consecutive week at the summit of the chart, recording only a two point week-on-week points decrease. Still propping her up at #2 is fellow female pop star Dua Lipa - with her self-titled debut album spending a twelfth week inside the top 10. Kesha comes close to overtaking into the silver position with her latest effort "Rainbow", but fails to do so by a measly four points. She does, however, push former #1 Lorde down to #4. Declan McKenna still sits at #5 for a fifth consecutive week, an occurence with you probably couldn't even make up.

Strangely, the top 10 stays the same in terms of songs - with Everything Everything, a British indie band, being the only real contender to break into the elite ten this week - falling just 3 points short of doing so. Their latest effort rises an impressive nine places up to #11 and it may well reach the top 10 at a later date. Other notable climbers are Julia Michaels with her indie-pop EP "Nervous System" and Bebe Rexha's "All Your Fault Pt2", which manages to nearly outpeak the first part of said album. Mura Masa's "Mura Masa" also climbs into the top 20, an alt-dance record with stars such as Desiigner and Charli XCX featuring on it.

This weeks highest new entry comes from US indie-rockers PVRIS, with "All We Know Of Heaven, All We Need Of Hell", which could well be a climber in future charts. It debuts just inside the top 20 of the chart, with a decent total of 32 points. Axwell & Ingrosso and Fifth Harmony both debut inside the chart this week, the former being a dance EP and the latter being a pop effort from the girlband, which has recieved mixed reviews from Buzzjackers.

Returns to the top 30 come from SZA, who makes a comeback after a month with her alt album "CTRL", and less predictably, Justin Bieber's "Purpose" sneaks back inside the chart at #27, presumably because of his recent hit "Friends" with Bloodpop.

Next week, you can expect new entries from Nothing But Thieves & Jake Bugg potentially impacting the chart, and there could be climbs into the top 10 from Everything Everything and the aforementioned PVRIS.
