Carlisle have gone off the pace, typical. Automatic still not impossible, though on recent form I am not overly optimistic.

Graham Westley has gone at Newport.

He has given an insight into the difficulties of ground sharing and working at a lower level club in his FLP column.

Carlisle have slid below the play offs now. Not at all sure how things are going now. We need a good run to get into the play offs and (looks unlikely at the moment) a slide in form on the part of the top three to get into the automatic positions.

I hope not, hopefully the board will remember where we were before Curle came in. We avoided relegation that season and he has now lead us twice to near promotion. Plymouth stuck with Derek Adams and it seems to be paying off at the moment.

After a long history in the Football League, it is looking bleak for them that is for sure.

Leyton Orient are out of the League after 112 years and an appeal from Jeff Stelling for Dave Jones to step down or the board to sack the manager.

I wonder who will join Leyton Orient with two games to go. Difficult one to call.

It's not looking good for Jeff Stelling's team.

Dave Jones has gone as Hartlepool manager by mutual consent,

Didn't Stelling tell him to go during Soccer Saturday?

And the game was resumed at 6:45 when the crowd had left.

Carlisle might have a chance of gaining a spot in the play-offs after yesterday's result. It has also made an interesting final day for Hartlepool and Newport County.

Well, Carlisle United have made it to the play-offs. Bit disappointing considering where we were earlier in the season, but never mind.
