With how good Get Out was, I have high hopes for this. Looks unique and could be really good if done right!

This looks like the horror version of Groundhog Day. A good trailer though. I think the main character will possibly die at the end of the film.

Been billed as Mean Girls meets Scream which are my two favourite movies ever, I'm excited. Seeing it tomorrow!

Everything I've read says Groundhog Day. They apparently referenced Bill Murray on multiple occasions in the script. Early reviews suggest it's... ok

This is exactly as you'd expect. A fun, decent horror. It's basically 'Scream Queens', except less camp and not as glossy. The "Mean Girls meets Scream" comparison is pretty accurate.

A few plot holes aside, the only issue I had was that I'd like to have seen more gore. Not necessarily ott gore, like the Saw movies for example, but at least on a level with Scream.

But yeah: it's good fun and hits home just how much I miss these types of movies.

6.5/10 for me.

Really enjoyed this! Nothing groundbreaking but so much fun, and I really miss this kind of horror. Reminded me of 'Sorority Row'.

Loved this! Obviously a bit trashy, but jam packed with fun characters and great quotable dialogue.

I absolutely LOVED this. Trashy fun at its best and was always rly intriguing! I loved the cast, the lead was incredible (La La Land stars keep winning this year *.*) and I rly liked the male lead as well (which I was surprised at as I didn't like him that much in The Bling Ring!). The cast were great and the script worked so well with the premise, I loved the twists and I didn't see the actual killer reveal (though I feel like I should've clicked something with the cupcake!) coming at all. I didn't find it too scary, bar a few jump scares, but this was so fun and enjoyable and I definitely recommend! (+ its the kind of film I adore watching *.*)

9.5/10

I also enjoyed this. Was fun to see how the protagonist reacted each time she experienced the time loop. Enough tense moments too, one of the better horrors of 2017.

I actually twigged the killer in the first few mins, and again when they said it was someone who knew her birthday, but then forgot when it went for the twist and was surprised!

Aside from her not getting done for attempted murder TWICE, I loved it! It was v campu and funny. Maybe a tad more gore would have been better, but I assume that would have made it less glossy and campy.

Saw it Halloween neet.

They need to make films like this again.

Someone mentioned Soriety Row?? Never seen it ohmy.gif

The girls were utter biatches laugh.gif

I watched this a second time and it really holds up to repeated viewings! So entertaining/funny and fun seeing the subtle clues throughout about who the killer may be. Probably my favourite film this year tbh, I hope there are more films similar to this to come out next year.

My fave film by far this year - although maybe Pitch 3 will overtake!
