I still don’t understand how Capital and Radio 1 snubbed Like It Is following Higher Love! It’s a real shame that Like It Is peaked first week! At least it’s probably going to manage 10 weeks top 75.

Yeh it’s been an absolute atrocious strategy! I’m guessing he’s not wanting any hits and just wanting the album out there! I fully believe Like It Is would have been a bigger chart hit if he hadn’t released I will wait a week after then freedom as all songs got put onto different playlists.

so the album's out now. quite a nice listen although there is a fair bit of filler and sub-par drops.
'Beautiful' with Sandro Cavazza is an instant standout anyhow, it sounds like a lost Avicii song.

EDIT: And that’s the audio  the video exists it’s just private so maybe it’ll be out on Friday

Listening now and the album is a bit of a struggle to get through ngl. It’s so very samey and hearing some of the tracks e.g. Could You Love Me that sound straight out of 2015 is a bit of a bore eep
I do quite like Don’t Give Up On Love and Someday though |

Album of the Week for Radio 2 from Monday which is a pleasant surprise Meanwhile the album’s impact has led to Lose Somebody to climb to #54, Like It Is going back up to #60 and Freedom entering at #77 on the singles chart |
