Also shoutout to Bré and Jade who I met up with pre-show for a visit to the merch megastore x it was so great to see you beforehand! Even if you had to witness one of my friendship bracelets exploding in real time oops luckily it quickly got replaced as a random kind girl gave me one of the many that she'd made a bit later on. The community feel there was like no other that I've experienced at a concert before! It was heartwarming to watch everyone around me singing along to every single word so happily and trading friendship bracelets with strangers. The noise level during the 'Cruel Summer' bridge and the announcement that Ed was coming out was insane - I got my phone out to record 'Everything Has Changed' (as I did think she'd bring Ed out) and you couldn't hear a word she was saying, as the screaming was so loud! Regardless of your feelings towards Ed, it did feel like a moment, my parents knew that it had happened before I told them anything about my experience at the show later on as they'd already seen it on the news I have just about recovered now, was there for the 4:55pm start for the support acts - up on my feet in heels for as long as I could manage. It was becoming a struggle, so had to start sitting down despite feeling a bit awkward that everyone around me was standing, but I was forced to get back up when the 1989 section started. That is my favourite Taylor album anyway but the live experience of that era was even more electric than I expected <3 'Shake It Off' isn't a particular favourite on that record for me but live it was an absolute blast! I'm in awe that she's done so many of these long shows, was worth every penny, especially with two support acts as well. I only knew one Sofia Isella song prior to going (thanks BJSC x) but I'll have to give more of her music a go, the production sounded really interesting and she was working that violin! I was really excited to see Paramore and 'Misery Business' was easily my highlight from them I would've liked to have seen more from that era and Brand New Eyes in their set but overall pleased that I've experienced them live in some capacity now. |

Florida with Florence was performed tonight! I have a feeling it’ll be permenantly on the setlist as it had full choreography and lighting design for it, though I doubt Florence will be there for all performances!

I saw the tour (finally) on Monday night! I wouldn’t class myself as a Swiftie as such but I’ve been a fan since the debut era! I have many thoughts about this tour! I’m still processing the juggernaut I saw but I will be back!

Anyone else think that was a sly troll comment during the DBATC/GC performance, when she asks Jack should we do it I've seen a couple of comments about this but I feel alone in absolutely knowing (and it didn't even register that she'd announce it mid performance to me ) she was going to do 'Getaway Car' in that moment as I assumed the announcement was gonna come either before they started or just before Jack was going to exit the stage Knowing full well everyone expecting a RepTV announcement I loved that they did the viral clip of them making the GC bridge too! |

I personally think it won't come out until next year seen as we have just had a new album. We got speak now announced 6 months after midnighrs, and 1989tv announced less than 2 months folllwinf speak now tv release, and ttpd announcement 3 months following 1989tv release. So it’s not like she hasn’t announced soon after an album release before. And even if she announced last night I would expect a release date of Oct/nov so long enough post ttpd imo Just saying I don’t think the timescale matters much |

Speak now tv came out 1 year after midnights. It has only been 4 months, way to soon to announce Reputation. Rep will probably come out in Spring I reckon.

It was actually 8 months, and as I mentioned above ttpd was announced 3 months after 1989tv. I’m just saying, the timing wouldn’t have stopped her yesterday as she’s clearly not on any schedule with releases and just doing them as and when she feels like 🤷♂️ |

I got a last minute ticket and went solo to yesterday's show (yes, I went again ) and it was honestly magical, one of the most incredible nights of my life. Because the ticket was so last minute I actually got a box office collection ticket which is such a nice souvenir!
Florida with Florence was amazing and so unexpected, I was waiting for WAOLOM to start and got SO confused when she started singing that - the crowd went wild too! Getaway Car with Jack as a surprise song was so so good as well, loved them imitating the creation of the bridge as Tafty said. DBATC was a very full circle moment as that was one of the surprise songs at my first show and So Long London was such a moment too. The ICDIWABH music video debut was cool too but I'm not sure why she left it to the end as it seemed most people just didn't realise it was happening and left! All in all, between the 5 shows I went to, this show has been the absolute highlight of my year and i've made memories for life! Obviously have some major post concert depression right now but just feel so grateful and lucky to have had these experiences <3 <3 |

I went on Tuesday to Wembley. Now I am not a massive Swiftie by any stretch, but I had a brilliant time - what a show! It really felt like one of those tours/moments that people will look back on in 10-15 years time and reminicse. Not sure when she will tour again in the UK either, but I suspect the demand will be sky high again.
Unlike most people I actually find the Folkmore/Evermore eras my least favourite And not a huge fan of TTPD outside of a couple of songs, so unfortunately I picked the wrong moment to go to the bar for the final time when Florence came out Such a show though, I had a great time there but it's only when I look back I actually appreciate just how good the show was and also how lucky I was to experience it live. I dread the day she headlines Glastonbury though as I hate this new fad of people going to concerts just for the headliner then getting a good spot and sitting down all day, it's really unsafe! Probably my most bizzare moment at the show as the queue for the water fountain. Like, I understand that the drinks prices are extorinate, but I don't think there was a Taylor ticket for under £90! Blows my mind that people would queue for 10 minutes for some water and miss any part of the show! |

So I said I’d pop back in to talk about the show!
From the moment she stepped on to the stage, the stadium just erupted in a way I don’t think I’ve ever seen before - even the Spice Girls or Lady Gaga in their respective “imperial” phases. She is just a machine. How she manages to do that show night after night is truly beyond my comprehension. I noticed a slight lull during the FolkMore era but that could have been the rain - although that disappeared as soon as it arrived. Everyone was back up by 1989/TTPD. I’m gutted I missed Florida!!! which was the night after me, but otherwise I think I lucked out with the surprise songs. There was a girl who was trading bracelets who ONLY wanted ones that said Long Live and she said she would die if it was the surprise song. No news yet on how she is… I also heard on the train back that someone fainted at the beginning of Paramore and missed the lot!! All in all, I’m so glad I went. I had major fomo when she first announced the UK dates so I had to get a ticket for the additional Wembley dates! I’ve seen 1989 and Reputation (and only missed Red as I was out the country!) so I’ve been with her a while! I look forward to the next one! |
