Confirmed according to JYP through Naver:

TWICE may be returning with a new album in September!

It was revealed on August 8 that TWICE was filming a new music video, and JYP Entertainment had confirmed that TWICE was preparing for a comeback without a set date.

On August 26, Joy News 24 reported that TWICE is in the midst of making final preparations for a comeback in late September.

Meanwhile, TWICE recently took home three trophies from the 2019 Soribada Best K-Music Awards.

They’re currently working on the music video but the bigger elephant in the room is whether or not Mina will participate. According to this article, JYP has said that Kina has finished her parts in the video!
