This has come out of nowhere! Blossoms have a new tune "Care For" which is Radio 1's Hottest Record tomorrow! Hopefully the new album announcement is soon

Fantastic news! ‘Care For’ didn’t seem to get much of a push (did Radio 1 playlist it?) so I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the actual lead single for the new album.

I'd be happy if they glossed over 'Care For', it's my least favourite Blossoms single to date. They've released some absolute bangers though, looking forward to hearing the new one.

Fourth album 'Ribbon Around The Bomb' is out on April 29th, the title track is out now! I do love the album cover, though it's a shame it's not continuing in the same visual style as their first 3! (I love their new logo too)

'Ribbon Around The Bomb' is a definite improvement on 'Care For' which I didn't really... care for. I'm still a bit underwhelmed compared to their previous eras though

'Ribbon Around The Bomb' really did grow on me, though new single 'Ode to NYC' is out tomorrow and sounds absolutely *fantastic*! Easily my favourite so far in this era.
