Last night Graham never mentioned her though; Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner, Chris O'Dowd and Niall Horan.

Oh I'd actually prefer her to be on when the album is OUT so I wouldn't mind if she's not on for a few weeks.

Because you'd rather she had less of a boost? Alan's been cancelled anyway.

Gaga covering the 'Sunday Times Culture Magazine'
She looks STUNNING. Can't wait to read the full article! She talks about “ditching the meat dress and embracing her family tragedy.” |

She apparently cancelled the Graham Norton appearance as well as a scheduled X Factor performance tonight due to 'Perfect Illusion' not doing very well.
It's very contradictory? If she actually does want the album to be a success, go out and promote! Especially when you had the two biggest performance slots on UK TV right now booked! |

That can't be the reason why they aren't promoting surely? There must be some other reason to why she has cancelled. The record label need to make money; if something is underperforming they know that to sell the product they need more people to be aware of it. It's just basic business, no record company would cancel promo because not enough people were buying it.
It's a bloody mess anyway as Graham and X Factor would have really helped her here. Fingers crossed they have just moved it so they can promote single two at X Factor Final or something and are hoping single two smashes instead. |

If it is because of that reason, I assume it's actually so she can promote something ELSE instead and has given up on 'Perfect Illusion' ever happening. I'm more than happy for that because i'd rather the promotion came when the album came because promoting PI is like flogging a dead horse.
She probably wants to perform a new single so hopefully they've just been delayed for a few weeks.. |

To be fair though, if she wanted to build hype she could have went on X Factor and Graham Norton this week and did what Little Mix did last night and maybe premiered second single from the new album. That would mean we would have had the second single a week before the album and the promo was certainly near enough to the albums release that it would have been effective promo for that also.
Even if she did just go on to sing 'Perfect Illusion', doing two very high profile performances of it only 6/7 days before the album's release would have helped build hype for the album somewhat anyway. I just feel like cancelling is a mess whatever way to you look at it. |
